A perfect spot for a healing staycation. Loved the spacious balcony with fantastic views from the top of the hill — open, windy, and no blocking at all. Breakfast was surprisingly full of variety. I’ve been to Batam so many times but never knew this gem existed!

Room toilet door is old and the room very old. The day I checked in is the day I checked out.

I was in the deluxe room, view was good and breezy

The hotel conditions run down alot, when I booked in the hair dryer have a burning smell, good they change it immediately, the toilet not very clean and the interior & outside quite old conditions

Big area. Staffs all friendly.

Wall paper along the corridor. Big but Is a old hotel. Carpet have unpleasant smell. Bedsheets no clean. Go to B1 & B2 no convenient need to go through staircase.

Despite being 20 years old,the hotel is at the heart of batam and atop the hill and was nowhere near the main bustling road, so it's pretty peaceful and quiet up here. The view during the day and in the evening especially is amazing. The breakfast food variety is good enough. Went for the full 4 hours of spa at the Spa Village, and it's excellent. My wife enjoyed it. Junior Suite room is exceptional but looks abit old. Room and overall environment is kinda old but still consistent and maintained. Otherwise, there's not much issue.

The pillow is too soft and provides only 2, so I had to request 2 more. Toilet for the Junior Suite doesn't come with a shower screen, so it's easy to get the toilet wet, and the shower spray is fixed on one location, so we were unable to move it up and down.

One of the best hotels in Batam. I love this hotel so much. The staff are also very helpful & kind. Especially for William. He really knows how to fulfill the guest satisfactions. Many thanks for William to arrange my staying here and arrange my spa too ^^Vista hotel is lucky to have him as a staff. I promise to come back again in the near future!

Good hotel for holiday & relax from your busy day. Good breakfast buffet as well.Swimming Pool, Sauna & Hot Tub really a great combination for us.The reception was also very kind & nice, I forget his name, but he offered me the Beer Spa & explained very detailedly about it. Unfortunately, the Spa operational timing is too short, we can't make it. Hope that the hotel management can reconsider the timing because 1200pm - 08.00pm is too short for many guests who want to try the spa, especially the Beer Spa. I wanna try next time if I'm lucky, haha.Hotel is not so far from town, they also offer me FREE shuttle service to shopping malls. It's really great. But the lobby was so hot & got leaking.Overall, it's beyond my expectations. Will be back soon!!

I had rented a junior suite.Water was dropping from the ceiling in the reception area. Since there were flowers on the floor, they no longer needed to be watered :-).When they have shown my junior suite, I was speechless... unfortunately not with joy, but with horror. The windows were dirty and a large part of the wallpaper was coming off the wall.Cobwebs on the ceiling. A bedside wall lamp was coming off the wall. Everything looked in need of renovation. After I complained, they apologized and offered me an upgrade. I had to wait for another 45min.Than they brought me to the kind of Presidential Suite :-( I was happy that I only had to stay one night. TV in living room doesn't worked at all. The TV in bedroom was lousy quality, bad connation and always 2 black line on TV. I really don't know where i should start to complains..... The whole Senior suite has't had any window in living- and bedroom. The bathroon had a big window, but totally covered with non moveable curtains. The walls were partially damaged by previous water damage. The whole flat hasn't had any window.I don't want to write about bad flooring and others, enough....My succession: Don't go there. Don't believe in all 10 points fake comments

Although Booking.com doesn't show parking, the property has it. Consider contacting the property to confirm details

Hotel need renovation, furniture need repair. Rooms are outdated

Room was good. Breakfast also good. The Balcony was really nice too. The staffs is friendly.Wonderful stay here in Batam.

Lobby was very hot. no AC provided I think.The management must do something about this.

The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Some of the best I have ever experienced. The bar at night, breezy, beautiful view, excellent staff.

The air conditioning was not cold enough, the bar did not open till 5pm, the location is too far away from any shops, so if you want a coke you need to take a taxi. When the bar opened at night it is fantastic though. Breezy, cooling, beautiful view and great staff.

Back again to this hotel. reception staff, Stevan really nice and helpful in everything that we need during our stay. The surrounding was superb as the hotel is located on top of a hill. Our room really nice.

The only con for this hotel is the breakfast had no variety. 4 stars hotel but no buffet.
