The wifi was bad.. No connection to the wifi.. The pool is abit dirty

Breakfast included. Very friendly staff. Excellent gentlemens' spa. Nightclub on the premesis.

Really enjoyed the theme of the hotel and the size of the room

Sadly the breakfast is disappointing and the hot tub should be cleaned as it's cloudy in color

Cleanliness of the room, breakfast spread, low sink easy for kids access when brushing teeth

The swimming pool water was oily, lots of smokers. The room Aircon sometimes switch to hot air. Quite warm.

wifi was not that great . and there are people who are smoking too much by the pool. the gym equipments are needed to be upgraded and be cleaned . most of them are rusty.

Hotel give the fruit and sent at room. Staff very polite and friendly because the hotel no aircond but the hotel let us know about that. It's OK just for a while..

The staffs friendly. Breakfast awesome . Room clean. I like the most is breakfast.

They had a spacious room and were generous with housekeeping and bottled water. The hot tub by the pool and a well stocked gym was a big plus. Hotel looked very old school grand, a marked difference from the cookie cutter modern hotels. Love the laundry line in the shower. It did look like the shower space was meant for a bathtub because it was so huge. Mirror and vanity were all generously sized.

Shower pressure was bad, and WiFi even worse. Couldn't stay connected for long periods and my friend had to rely on her data plan to watch her dramas. Staff were quick to react when we called to complain at night but it didn't solve our problems by much. Although near the harbour, it wasn't really walkable and we had to rely on grab quite a bit to get around. The hotel was iconic and most drivers did not get lost. The air vents could use a little more detail for cleaning as there were bits of dust collecting underneath but it didn't affect our stay much.

About 15 minutes walk to Harbour Bay Downtown for food, seafood, marts... Riding Gojek to Nagoya Shopping Mall is within 5 minutes... The Deluxe Room is spacious with a queen size bed, and a smoking room is available too. The staff is friendly too.

Level 6 wifi was too weak...

Big spacious room and bathroom with Smart TV. Exceptionally caring and helpful staff that went out of their way to help me when I was unwell during our stay.

Water pressure are too slow. Others are okay.

Sometimes reception is busy and could not fix the hairdryer problem immediately, but it's ok.

Staff were very friendly n helpful.

Took 6 rooms in total , some of the rooms smell of cigarettes even though its a non smoking room . Furniture in the rooms shows sign of damages , sofas in the executive suites has lots of stains .

the staff was great in accomadate & servings. the room was smaller as they mentioned 49 sqm, and the restroom was too small (2 sqm).breakfast was the worst I have ever eaten, sort of varieties

The sound proof is poor, windows rubber is not good. Shower hose not good
