Harmoni One Convention Hotel and Service Apartments

I liked attention to detail, the staff, the Pool the hot tub was. Role. Only disappointment.

The location although close to the Ferry , it is far from most all things to do but taxi are readily available for about 5 to 7USD to go about anywhere. Also the fact that the hot tub was broken was disappointing other than that it was great I recommend

From the outside and the lobby it looked very nice. The staff was very nice as well. But the rooms are very dated, filthy and broken.

The rooms were dirty. There was blood on the pillows. When we complained, we got another room with the exact same issue. Sheets and pillows were dirty and still from the previous guest. Coming to the third room, which had been personally inspected by the manager we found dirty sheets yet again. This time the manager was around and we went through two piles(!) of „clean“ sheets with housekeeping before finally settling on semi clean sheets.There was no real window in the normal room. The „window“ was inside so it was very dark.

There is nothing positive to highlight about this hotel. While it is located near Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, it is not within walking distance, especially if you are carrying luggage. The hotel is also close to a newly opened shopping mall; however, the mall is not fully operational yet.

The building is very old, and renovation works are still ongoing. If you stay in the hotel during the day until evening, you will be surrounded by constant renovation noise.Despite being a large hotel, only one or two check-in counters are operating, and the check-in process is extremely slow. The check-in staff were also unfriendly.The room condition is poor, with almost no soundproofing. You can clearly hear conversations from neighbouring rooms and people walking past your door.I will not return to this hotel, as there are many better options nearby.

We love the additional sitting area in our very spacious room. My kids lounged there more than on the bed.

Front desk staff very friendly and environment very clean. Staff are always welcoming us when we back to hotel. Good location next to the shopping mall and few minutes to ferry station very convenient.

Room lighting too dark, shower drainage too slowly. No space for putting luggage. The remote air conditioning not working, turn off the air conditioner still very cold.

Clean room

Breakfast sucks, toilet flush not working and aircon not working after changing room. I should have book the lobby area where I could get good breeze aircon instead of the room

The hotel is centrally located and has good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The swimming pool was well maintained

The rooms were too small and was closed from all sides. May not be suitable for families

Rooms are very old and dated. Carpets were stained.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and responsive. Gym and pool facilities were amazing and don't even get me talking about the view. Free breakfast was also good. Honestly, given the quality of service and amenities, this hotel far exceeds expectations for its price point.

A shaving kit would have been a great addition to the toiletries.

Aircon noisy, sink choke, carpet dirty

the location is near to ferry terminal and walking distance to Mega Mall and One Batam Mall. next to the hotel is lotte grosir. not so much variety for breakfast but they have one stall stall dedicated to Indomie where you can ask them to cook for you. the hotel is a big building and the room is big with a bathtub. a lot of tv channels for you to browse.

the water in the bathroom become stagnant due to uneven flooring making the water cannot reach the bathroom drain. so u get the bathroom flooded with water all the time except after they cleaning the room every morning.

Asked for extra 1 bottle of water didn’t give and there’s no water dispenser anywhere. Asked for 1 extra bottle of bath soap they gave 2 soap bars. Carpet v dirty need to wear e slippers

Aircon was too cold. Staff cannot speak english. Keycard is faulty

Everything was very large clean . Staff were really friendly . Cheap rates . Breakfast was great
