The K Hotel

I like the location and the facilities , because have maybank atm nearby and money changer and a lot on stalls. It is near to Nagoya and if u party people there is club infront of the hotel however the towel is dirty and bedsheet is stain

The bedsheet and towel is stain, i think you guys can throw away the stain bedsheet and towel we dont want to see any evidence if someone have sex or stain in the bed. not family friendly. and the hotel looks like hooker hotel when old men with younger local girl

Location n friendly staff. Breakfast was basic n filling, can't complain as it was included, even at the economical room rate?

Bathroom amenities especially the bath towels n floor towel, which have seen better days, doesn't look nor smell clean ?

Smelly room, ask for room change but only one slot available. should include in the description about smoking and non smoking room. iron need to pay. should put one free in common area. not many people come with extra money for service.

Location is great. Every staff in this hotel from the front door to cleaning staff welcomed me with a smile.

The room I stayed in could use some repair, especially the wood near the bathroom luggage rack space.

Receptionist doesn't understand English at all. Had to use Google Translate all the time to communicate and this gave me headache! Breakfast was not good! More lights should be installed in rooms and common areas as well.

Nothing actually

The moment you walked into the lobby the musky smell is very strong. The roomAlso have the same musky smell, toilet is terrible , sink rusty and no difference between bath and toilet so when you shower the whole toilet is wet . We nearly checked out at 1030 due to the smell but was tooTired to find another hotel .. so we didn’t sleep the whole night. Terrible experience and we will never come back

All the staff are friendly The Front Dest Staff welcome us with smile and Housekeeping Staff did a gd job.

I just wonder my booking Breakfast not included. I had request to included the breakfast on my Booking But when I reach at K Hotel the staff informed that the breakfast not included. Can I know why this happen Me and my wife did the Booking several time and there is no problem but now this had happened. Hope infuture its happen again can the Hotel Staff gv us the Breakfast that we request but not indicate in the booking.

The Location

The Bath towel was to think and the AC was not Cold.I am a regular Guest. The facilities from bad to worst and there's always No welcome drink for us and there is no special price for the K Karaoke That we went every night when we was there as the Hotel Guest.q

When we hv a problem with the room booking due to family suite no bed room so required to change to President Suits they charge very expensive for the top up request for discount as we had already 1 President suite but they don't gv and the ask us to pay the top up amount . We are regular guest who always stay in that Hotel and every night we support th karaoke too.

The Location

The Bath Towel is getting from bad to worse, The Breakfast was not wow and the staff of cafeteria should ask the Guest is there any orther Room available that they can check if the Guest mention the room number that's no Breakfast included. This happen when my colleague gv the wrong room number.My colleague had to paid then after he paid I came and inform that my colleague gv the wrong Number and the the reception never informed which room with and without Breakfast and there is no refund was given after reported.

The location is good. Room is fine.

1) The pillows were bad (too soft) - uncomfortable!2) The shower (water heater) was bad!

I am pleased with the excellent services of the staff especially the receptionists. The location is convenient. Overall I am happy with the K Hotel

I think the breakfast can be improved with wider choice of food .

Hi there.. I feel not comfortable sleeping at your hotel because the pillow it to mushy and thin.. some more have mosquito and fly.. maybe you have to call pets control.. but some it's okay..

Simple surrounding the hotel unkept

The staff is exceptional! They will go out of their way to assist you with the limited resources they have. Location very near many excellent eateries like Ayam Geprek, Nasi Padang Ababil and Love Seafood! It's also near Nagoya Hill Mall.

Hotel furnishings and room items (bedsheets, towels) definitely needs updating. Breakfast menu is very simple and can be improved. You get what you paid for.

The receptionists are courteous and friendly.,

Breakfast options are limited and often in short supply.The room, in particular, needed a fresh coat of paint, the lighting needed to be coordinated with the room size, the curtain was dirty and too short and narrow, and the bathroom needed a floor barrier or a shower curtain.I will not stay at this hotel again. There are hotels near the Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall that offer better rates and features, which I have just booked.I hope your management can make improvements to compete rather than remain stagnant after providing comments.

It is considered acceptable in terms of price and location due to its proximity to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall.Many restaurants are within walking distance for visitors.

The sound of motorcycles wakes me up early in the morning because the hotel is surrounded by busy streets.

Very dirty and stained bedsheets, towel. Stained bathtub. Not enough soap and no toilet rolls in the bathroom. No option for 2 single bed non-smoking room. We ended up in a very smelly room. And it was not displayed during booking.
