Close to terminal. Convenience store on same stretch.

Breakfast was cold and sparse. Paid for a "Superior" room with double bed. Assigned to 1 with 2 single. When asked for double bed. Sent to what seemed like a "standard" room. What's the use of booking?

I only liked the hotel's lift because it was aesthetic

The heater in the bathroom wasn't working properly, as there was no hot water. The towels had an unpleasant smell, and the TV remote was not functioning properly. Additionally, the bed sheets and pillowcases had visible stains.

the hotel will change your towel everyday. new day, new towel. in the mid of town. easy to find a meal.

Aircon was not being serviced, the filter was choked. We did clean ourselves.Suggest the Aircon services extremely important to be carried out more frequent for the guest health & hygiene.Please look at the room freshness, a bit smelly.Having say that it could be Aircon ventilation is poor due to filter choke it caused the room got a bit foul smell.

The only thing I don't like is that there's no hot water in my room. Everything else was excellent. Breakfast was good although sometimes you have to wait a bit to get the food refilled.

The location is good, there are fast food restaurants, cafes and mini-mart nearby.Calling Grab, taxi without problem.The hotel also has its own transport.

Holes at windows and small insects came into the room.

I like the breakfast. Love the strategic place near to shops. There is spa services in hotel but from outsource.

The staff are friendly. The breakfast is delicious, especially the fried chicken and green bean soup.

Even though there is a notice board prohibiting smoking, there weren't many employees smoking near the stairs leading to my rooms on the third floor. The employees are supportive in helping the smokers quit. The rooms still smell strongly of smoke, though.

requested earlier for extra bed, dont have. requested for the same level for 3 rooms booked. dont have. got 1 set cup to make hot water. breakfast food too black pepper chicken too salty.

The staff on main desk are abit ok.

Cleanness...all the bed and pillow cover with stain mark.they said its like that and it's normal.

No nearby shop open early. closed early. not convenient. Not good breakfast on sunday. dirty toilet and smelly room.

The hotel is very convenient, staffs are friendly and helpful. Easy to get taxi too. If I ever come to Batam again, I might consider staying here again ??

The room furniture was a bit old. Breakfast time written at the dining area is 7.00am-9.30am. But was served at 7.40am-ish.
