Booked grand executive room n there's a balcony.. room is nice clean n comfortable

No smoking room on a smoking floor?Room outdated, need een upgrade, rain shower not working, couldn't fix normally shower shower bracket.Bad Room need really a upgrade.Stay in the lower building of the hotel.

Better front desk approach. When checking out had to wait fr 15 min cause only 1 person on duty .¹

Like the location as it was near shopping, massage and temple which I frequent often.

Breakfast not so much choices, no egg station, but understand as it is Ramadan.The pillow case and towel are not clean!

Location is the best! Lots of Massage & eateries nearby hotel. Famous K2 Food Court is just 3 mins walk and Grand Batam Mall is 8 mins walk. Service is also good. We were given a double bed room on 1st floor, we then requested for a higher floor, they gave us a twin bed on a higher floor and later housekeeping join the bed for us. We asked for more pillows at night and they provided at once. Value for money.

Nothing. If I have to point it, buffet spread could be better with live station for egg.

Booked the Hotel with payment on the nearest date but it charged on the same day booking.Have requested non-smoking twin bed or twin room on Apr 2024 before check-in on Jun 2024, it was not fulfilled and the Hotel arranged with smoking Queen or King bed room.Upon check-in, 1 out of the 3 room is not ready and once enter the other 2 room found out it is double bed then have requested to change and only 1 get to changed with twin bed (the one which is not ready) as it said the Hotel was full.One of the room, is not cold and have requested for other room but the recept said will arrange an engineer to check.Upon returned to the room, the aircon straight have no response when try to switch on from the remote control.The recept arranged another room from 2nd floor to 5th floor with twin bed.

The breakfast option not much. No eggs. Porridge too dry. The bathroom curtain a bit old

Near foodcourt n shooping mall.

Room was small.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Response are fast too.

Toilet lights are quite dim. Will be good to provide extra bath towels in room. Proposed to have hand/face towel as well.

The provision of towels are not sufficient ie. No face towel. Shower cap too small. Drainage for shower too slow. Towels with stain marks.

The bed of course it's comfy

There's no water heater in room 219 and the toilet door is faulty ,it could goes off it slide any time

Unfriendly staff. Not helpful. Lots of upgrading to be done.

Comfortable rooms.

The reception was very welcoming. Had upgrade to the executive room due to non availability of room of previous booking.

Nothing at all to dislike the property.

The bedsheets had stains all over. The shower was flooded when having shower. The shower handle was broken. The breakfast were awful with not many dishes and on the last day the breakfast was shocking as they served porridge that was off and it was sour. The towels had bad smell as they were very old and it’s not white at all, more like an old rag that is used to clean the floor.

Generally the location is good , easily accessible by walking, eatery shops are nearby , shopping mall like BCS n Batam Mall are walking distances. Rooms and toilets are clean and valued for money.

Need to improve their level of breakfast

bed and room was acceptable to our liking. Initially the television was not working and they switch a 1 to 1 which was superb service.

breakfast could be better. There seems to be a lack of aircon as it was stuffy and lack of service staff for breakfast. The Refills for breakfast was slow.

The location of the hotel was really nearby to the mall, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff is good and friendly, especially to technical staff whom solves our room wifi issue until resolved even it's taking times they're really making an effort to resolve it. Overall we are satisfied with our stay & definitely will repeat again.

Perhaps implementing a more efficient communication system for room service requests, as we call the room service taking a bit longer time.

The room is very nice, it feels very atas, I book the bigger room so is at another building. The environment is really nice and don't feel like it is a budget hotel. The staff is very friendly and cleanliness is also up there.
