The room aircon , the best hotel that I been staying in Batam.

The food. And the swimming pool not clean feel a bit sticky.

Staff friendly

Cleanliness especially toilet,black spot

Closeness to Golden Prawn. Closeness to food street

Old hotel. Need some renovations in some places

First day when reach my room hot water for bathing was not working. They arranged me to woda spa for another room for one night which was accepted. 2nd day went for breakfast which already included. They told me to pay for breakfast . 2nd night when change back to golden view the room toilet basin was leaking till the whole bathroom was so wet. Told the staff there but they never even check till I checked out on the 4th day. Best part was the room phone was not even working. Totally disappointed.

The general picture of the room looks good. The breakfast menu was good

Had to call the reception many times for the room cleaning - needed reminder.The room is pretty old and need renovation

Bad

Hotel only provides pick up or drop off to ferry terminal.Jacuzzi in the room was not working. Swimming Pool lag staffs towels was not clean. water was not clear enough to my expectation.

The staff are all very polite, especially the concierge team and the front desk team. They really make sure to meet our requests and needs.

The standing shower IN the bathtub. Some rooms have a standing shower outside the bathtub. For some rooms that the standing shower is IN the bathtub, adequate hold bars should be installed for safety reasons, to make climbing in and out of the bathtub much safer and easier, especially for the elders. Hope the management can look into this matter seriously.

The location was good

The tv channel limited and not clear.The condition of the hole and room need improvement. The breakfast was good on my first day but not consistent the next.

Good size family with good view .

Dated should start refurnish .

Breakfast has a good variety of food to choose from.The staff was amicable and willing to accommodate special requests.Walking distance to Golden City area which makes it a good location.

The toilet especially the shower needs to be maintained as its a bit run down.Some of the rooms has a musty smell.

Room are clean and Aircon is cool, overall is good ?

Breakfast is good ,some food taste can still be improve, overall not bad.

Location beside seafood restaurant was convenient. The transport from hotel to the beach to do ATV and have a drink was a good service.

There were flys and mosquitoes in the hotel even within the room. The toilet was choked and took long while to drain the water.

I really like my room so big and clean

When we want to take our breakfast around 9 a.m., all the food is no more, and some left is too cold and dry until I call the resepsionis .then when I asked eggs, there said no stock. Big hotel in 4 ? how come until no stock the answers Then when we do masage at the hotel OMG I not expect will can hear to much noise sound that is group of RAMADHAN there sing with laud volume walk here and there taking pictures just in front of the resepsionis really like night market .suppose all this not have in this hotel because the hotel is big nice but there don't know tomanage 30 years our experience at BATAM this worse hotel

Staff were friendly..Front Staff , Pool Staff , Room SVC to Restaurant all were great.Pool was spacious , had a mini slide the kids enjoyed.Breakfast had a good spread.

Pool Need to maintain better though , alot of cracked tiles.My son had a cut on his foot due to this.Ran out of towels.Musholla at the pool area was very dusty.I walked out and prayer in my room instead.
