Turi Beach Resort

A wonderful resort and was excellent value for money when we went. The Saturday night BBQ at Nongsa point, the neighbor resort, was awesome with great food and live music. Pools, bars, restaurants all nice. Nice big rooms and nice sea view from the small hill.

The restaurants and especially the water and sports activities had almost European price levels. Which is fine if you have options, but taking a taxi to other places is tricky and Grab didn't seem to work. Activities that are cheap to organize like snorkling right by the beach or tennis on an old court with second-hand equipment should be cheap at a resort, where you are "stuck".

The scenic view that we don’t always have in our busy life back at home. The wonderful and helpful staff as well.

Certain things like convenient items are limited as we prefer to go out and shop for items in groceries stores. So we had to Grab a bit further away to some big shopping malls which is about 10-20Mins away.

Scenery is good

The food it's not up to standard. The breakfast is Abit boring . Everyday it's the same.

Location is excellent. This hotel has the potential to be an excellent resort based on its location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Accommodation was very poor. I last stayed at this hotel around 7 years and it appears to have ZERO maintenance done since then. Paintwork in the room was dingy, the door was off its hinges and dragged on the floor, the bathroom was functional but really showed its age. Power sockets were badly worn out and one didn't work.Breakfast service is from 8-10am. It is really too short for the size of the restaurant and number of guests. It was packed and often hard to find a table.Bar service is poor, the Jetty Bar looks pretty run down and doesn't open until 5pm (on the day I tried to go there, it was booked for a private event). The Sanur Lobby Lounge bar doesn't actually open despite appearing to have having drinks on display. I got a strong impression that it had actually been closed for a long time.

The staff were friendly and polite, and attended to my requests quickly.The overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing.I slept very well during the two nights I stayed.There is a buggy service to the lobby, and the waiting time was short each time we used it.

The cups in the room had many old stains.The beverage stirrer was very dirty; I had to request a metal spoon to stir my hot drinks.No cotton buds were provided in my room, even though the other rooms I booked had them.The ceiling fan was very noisy when switched on.Wi-Fi was very weak in some rooms.The mattress sheet had blood stains (most probably, menstral blood and it did not look like an old stain). The mini sofa had many old stains.The toilet seat also had many old stains.The safe box was not working.The shower head did not work in my room, although it worked in the other rooms I booked.Breakfast variety was acceptable, but most of the food tasted overly oily or salty. The waffles were extremely dry, and flies were seen on the food. Food quality was 3 out of 10.There was a lot of inconsistency between rooms..The experience really depends on luck.

Nice accommodations - nice room, clean and comfortable bed.

The food was very bad. Almost inedible and there’s nothing nearby so you’re stuck.

Relaxing chill resort, can play with swings, relax at the pool side and go to the jetty.

The staff was super friendly.. The staff is not an issue..

Swimming pools were not clean, dirty and has alot of debris such as dried leaves, small branches. There is algae build up on the swimming pools floor tile . The room toilet even the shower is faulty, water leakage you guys covered it up using an electrical tape for the leaks. Come on you can do better right. Water pressure is too low. The restaurant i believe you guys can do better also get a experience cook or head chef to manage or revamp the dishes if i be honest the taste is awful and salty. Cater for more fans during hot weather when theres no wind or whatever.When were the last time you guys did a proper preventive maintenance on the resort ? Water sports equipment also in bad condition i believe i am not criticising you nor to humiliate all of you it is my honest feedback than you guys can look upon this few changes that might help the resort to be better.

Dining & Service:Food-wise, the BBQ buffet and breakfast were good value for money.

I booked the Riani Deluxe Beachfront room through Booking.com, and unfortunately, several key features listed on the site were either missing or inaccurately represented, which left the stay feeling disappointing despite the peaceful surroundings.? Room & Facilities (as listed on Booking.com):The “minibar” was just an empty fridge — not even bottled soft drinks were provided. Just two mineral bottled water.There was no sofa bed, and no clothes rack, despite both being part of the listed amenities.Only one set of toiletries was given — I had to request a second set and additional hand/face towels.I requested early check-in, and was told I would be contacted via WhatsApp on the day. No one followed up, and I had to call after 2pm to learn the room was already ready. I had been at the resort since 9am.? Dining & Service:There were service gaps:We were billed for food we didn’t order.During the BBQ buffet, staff came over multiple times mid-dinner asking us to sign off drinks bills — I had to ask them to wait until we were done.Water wasn’t topped up unless requested, but bills were brought swiftly.Staff were generally friendly, but service didn’t reflect 4-star training.? Environment:The bed was comfortable, though made up of two single beds pushed together, not a proper double.The pool was clean, and we appreciated the maintenance.The beachfront was low tide the entire time, making it unsuitable for any water sports.That said, we enjoyed peaceful morning walks and beautiful sunrise photography moments.I’m not here to complain about everything — I did get good rest, and the environment was lovely.But I booked in good faith through Booking.com, and the listing misrepresented some important room features. For a 4-star resort, these inconsistencies affected the trust and comfort of the stay.I hope the resort management sees this feedback and takes it seriously.

The place has mosquito at night so door cannot open..should provide mosquito coil for guest to place outside at night .

We loved the serenity of the location and that it was by the sea. The food at the Italian restaurant was good and so was the spread of options at breakfast. The general customer service was also excellent and the staff were always very attentive and always willing to help. It was also wonderful that they arranged a buggy to take us to our room upon arrival. We generally felt really welcome and at home!

We weren't pleased with the fact that we had to pay for a small bottle of drinking water after our 4 bottle quota had been reached. Drinking water should be the a basic requirement and be offered free such a resort.We tried to boil water using the electric kettle but not of the electric sockets were of the Indonesian 'two pronged' type,which was what the electric kettle had. The coffee machine in the room also didn't come with any coffee pods.

The beach area and water sports facilities. So relaxing.

The service in the restaurant was hit and miss. The food took a while to arrive. The menu was overpriced, e.g. 15SGD for a Margarita pizza- that was sub-standard, and 5SGD for a small soda.

It has a beach and a jetty (which was on maintenance the time we visited).. Location is nice

- so many mosquitoes, all over the beach and resort area.- The resort was so dead, no music at all. We went on Friday but it was the same on Saturday night as well - The pool is circular in shape, and it wasn't clean, the water was like green- most important, the hotel has no secure internet. But they are clear to block grab. So if you are thinking of ordering any food or ride..you need to book with them only. They left no option. Our personal internal also wasn't showing good connection in rooms or most of the resort area. - very basic facilities

The view is good, the soundproof is good so I enjoyed a quiet stay.

This is my second time of staying at the resort. But this time is disappointing as the room has mosquitos so is the balcony. Not just one mosquito, but many. They were buzzing around so that I couldn't enjoy my stay at the balcony. Also, there is a lava in the kettle immersed in the leftover water. The air-con couldn't be switched on the next day.

Menu options are few and the standard of the food is poor. It was difficult to order drinks when at the pool as there were no staff around. The resort felt and was quite empty. However, this is why we went to Turi Beach.

ATV activities were great. Hospitality were amazing. Beautiful scenery. Love the peaceful night.Will come again definitely. Checkef in were fast. Sunset BBQ were great and we all really enjoyed the food there.

When we had our first night dinner, the only thing was one of us ordered nasi ayam penyek, the chicken was very dry. Bit disappointed on that. However the rest of the food was nice. The disappointment was recovered the next day with all the nice breakfast. ? We tried giving another chance on the chicken, but the fried chicken is still dry though. ?
