it close proximity wet markets, shopping malls, food courts and street hawkers.

Despite that fact that request to have 1 large double bed was indicated during booking time but hotel was not able to fulfil that request until customer has to insist .

Bed is so comfy

Location. Breakfast. Clean enough room. Smiling and helpful staffs.

No boloney. The basin is partially choked but we didn’t bother to report since it is one night.

Powder stain in blanket which is can be clean but I get charged, staff informed that stain coudnt remove as in like obviously can be remove. Or I willing to wash it myself to prove that can be remove but Its ok overall ok lah

I like about the bed, is hard enough for me as i can't take a bed which is too soft. The breakfast is nice.

The tv in the room. I use to bring in USB to watch movies or music. But it seems not all tv cant b use for USB. The tv got USB, but it seems like not working.

The coffeehouse.

We request high floor with view but we get level 4 totally without view. The single bed is very shaking. So uncomfortable for my son to sleep. After 10 pm we can hear people dragging furniture.

The hospitality & great service from frontline to housekeeping all were faultless. Location was very much accessible to shopping malls;makan places or massage places.A2 food court food price quite Xpensive,not worth to patronise.Instead head for the nearby coffeeshops or street food stalls the price is still reasonable.Hotel restaurant staffs will make Ur meal time a delightful n favourite hangout time with friends or family members.????

The dirty n smelly sewage system condition next to the hotel that's make me want to vomit ?? whether it . Hopefully the relevant authorities can do something about it.

Nice hotel. Stay here a couple of times. Like very much. Clean comfortable and central. Staffs are extremely friendly and nice. Top notch.

The front counter was not friendly, n over look my booking, mix up everything that i have booked.

The counter staff have to put in extras, esp when having school holidays. If not many ppl need to wait n jump Q.. The counter staff is very blur. I check in ytd n she makes a few mistake n it shows tat im at fault...

Great location that is walking distance to shopping mall and massage parlors nearby. They also served decent breakfast.

My stay at 89 Hotel is great.The most I like abt this hotel is the breakfast.Very delicious menu & everyday is different menu display.I love it very much.When having breakfast d staff is very friendly & helpful.

What I don't like is the fridge in the room is not working at all.Moreover there is leaking frm the fridge.

I dont know how many time i already book this hotel whenever im at batam. The price that are worth the stay, the staffs that was friendly was the main reason we always book the hotel.

Nver had the chance to try the breakfast. Other than that all is good.
