Breakfast had continental and local Indonesian options. The room was clean and as expected + Pool was available in the morning was clean. We played some tennis in the morning and walked around the property as well.

Awesome! Very clean place, nice swiming pool and all the staffs are very nice and friendly. Wide spread of breakfast too! Lovin it! Will sure come again! No regrets!

Everything was great. The pool was great. Spa was great. Free breakfast was a treat! They provide free shuttles to/from the ferry terminal and downtown Batam. I really enjoyed my time at this property.

A little far off from the city. Didn't have much options dinner wise around the property - dinner (while more pricey) was a delight on property.

Clean room and courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay. We had food at the teppanyaki place and the Thai restaurant - food was excellent. Shout out to the lady at the teppanyaki, who was friendly and went out of her way to deliver the food that we couldn't eat, to our room. The pool was excellent and the place was lively with kids shouting about :) Will definitely return.

Location maybe. Need a taxi to reach the more happening parts of the town. However, we liked the activities at the hotel.better than the town.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and comfy.

My baby's mattress was a little too soft. Would be good for the hotel to invest in a more sturdy one. For the kids club, I wished the quality of the toys were better with more options. Other than that, it was good.

Breakfast was awesome. Plenty of variety. Very well cooked & presented. Breakfast staff were amazingly efficient especially how they catered & served large crowds of people. Very obliging to everyone. Wonderful massage at Tea Tree Spa. A great meal at Tepanaki.

Do not order taxis from front desk. Caught taxi everyday. Only last day I felt extremely ripped off. Double the price from outside taxi service! Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Great location away from the bustling city

Bathroom is with bathtub. Risk of fall for older folks.

Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the resort. The lovely staff always made you feel very welcoming & helpful.Breakfast meal excellent with plenty of variety

Rotten smell old room which might no many people stays in in normal days. Not walkable to close market/food/cafe locations.Breakfast not many varieties and I guess not enough trained staffs especially at egg stations.

Hoge suite with separate living and sleeping quarters, which is combined easily 1,000 sqft. I feels bigger than a two bedroom apartment. The best part is the mattresses, which are of superb quality which saves my back.

Limited choice of supplies at the convenience store in the hotel. I expected it to have some emergency medications like pain killers.

Great spa and facilities, perfect for families. Location is quite far if you intend to head out to explore.

Always nice and clear check in girls are super to deal with. Food was very good

I love the serenity of the property and the friendly staff working in the hotel. I also like that the room is spacious and big.

The mattress and pillows are too soft, which can be changed to new ones. The facilities in the games room can be upgraded to new ones which can be more enjoyable for guests.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great value for money. About 15mins from Sekupang terminal. They have enough facilities to keep guests entertained (games room, ktv, pool, tennis, spa, kids club). Wide buffet breakfast selection and they also have ala carte option. The spa treatment selection is also good. The therapists are great. We had a very relaxing experience in the sessions we booked. One thing it will make it better is if they opened earlier than 11am. Otherwise, we had a lovely weekend stay.

No shops or malls nearby.. need to travel out about 35mins to grand mall batam.. but got shuttle bus..

The room is big and spacious. However, the whole hotel is old. There is a musky smell and the floor and toilet were old and stained.

TOWELS were dirty even after changed. There were stain.

Public toilets and changing facilities are a bit neglected. Service very good but staff don’t clear
