Nongsa Point Marina

Very Disappointing

I left my tablet & my old phone in the villa and they never inform us until 15 days later i return from a trip and realize it. I went to ask them and the return only the tablet (because they say the don't find the phone). They asked me why i only realize it now. They forget to ask themselves why they don't notify me about it for 15 days. On check in they asked me to fill up form for my phone number, email and address but don't contact me about my valuable stuff that i forget. So shady and suspicious. We stay for 2 days and got a room where: toilet cannot be lock (in the living room area), oven is broken, blinds in kitchen cannot be open so it stay dark. We asked them to fix it, they fix the toilet lock, but the not the oven and blinds. We bring some meat to be cooked in oven to eat for new years eve, but we have to bring it back home. When we enter the villa, we only find 2 towels instead of 6, no glasses for drinking, they come with the rest later when we asked. I have booked this villa weeks before so we are coming shouldn't be a surprise, i don't understand why they don't prepare everythingThe villa is old and run down, it feels like your grandmother old house than a holiday home (see pictures i attached), i have stayed in this villa before and got another unit that is better than what we got this time. Because of the new year, high season, probably the better unit given to all the foreigners and the worst given to us, local tourist. They should do some real reconstruction for the unit instead of giving it to customers to stay

Quietness

Cleanliness. Ants were everywhere. Mosquitos were there

1)The view was nice. 2) Breakfast was moderate don't expect much. But nice.3) Restaurant food and price was okay.

1) Not suitable for elderly whom can't climb nor walk down and up the stairs to the chalet. 2) takes a longer for the buggy to arrive up and down. Need to call multiple times sometimes.3) Mosquito, couldn't open the balcony to due it4) the chalet I stayed had internet issue straight for two days, had to call in multiple times as well5) Aircon not too strong and not much hot water in the bathroom.

Beautiful location, efficient pickup from Nongsapura terminal and the bright lobby is very welcoming.

the resort as a whole is great. with clean facilities and excellent staff and service. very beautiful.

the 3 bedroom chalet was very old, pillows lumpy and the narrow steep spiral staircase very difficult to navigate and impossible to take up luggage, we needed to all leave out luggage downstairs and take up clothes, toiletries to change each time.

Everything was great, loved the food overall. Room was clean and tidy, balcony was nice, service was excellent and friendly.

Ok so one of the days i had room service, the floor was mopped but i dont think was clean. Our whole room smelt like sewage water for a good 6hrs. Just wanted to comment so in future mop is cleaned well

We had a wonderful time and a lovely dinner with a live band over looking the ocean.

It was a convenient location with good facilities like a swimming pool, lounge area and billiards. AC worked well but was already on and we checked in very late - 8 pm, so it must have been running for 5 hours before we got there.

We stayed in one of the chalets in a second bedroom on the upper floor. The bed was not the best quality, a bit hard and springy, and the sheets were grayish and had a poop stain (likely from a gecko. They also placed the bed directly underneath window, so every time a car or motorbike passed by, it woke us up. bathroom is tight but clean.

Only the view is nice

The 2 bedroom apartment they give me no.65AWe have to go down the staircase and there's no side handle.if I know how horrible the apartment I think if they give me free I also don't want to go.My aunty who have leg problems force to climb the staircase.i think this is the first and the last time I book this apartment.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.Breakfast was very good.

Staff were all very helpful and cheery. Food was lovely.

Sunbeds not comfortable. Rooms very basic, not very well maintained. Had to ask for a second clean the day we checked in.

Great location

The room was not remotely clean even asking for it to be cleaned again after we checked in. The pool was always full of screaming children so be mindful the time of year you book. Very limited restaurant options in the area.

The property is in a beautiful location with a light breeze coming from the sea. The hospitality is second to none with lovely, helpful staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

We did not find anything we didn’t like.

Good place, if want to be alone and relaxed.. this is the place.

No beach of the resort, we went to nearby resort turi beach in order to enjoy beach place. Very quiet and less people staying so they didn’t even prepared breakfast buffet the next morning. Nothing is nearby so come with full preparation or else buy everything expensive like 250ml water = 30000IDR.

The property is by the beach and has a fantastic marina with a lot of marine life. One can also walk next door to Turi beach resort and use the facilities there, which is a plus.

The property is a little dated and desperately in need of some preventative maintenance. Paint peeling, leaking windows, no drawers to lock precious belongings etc. most of the facilities within are very basic but the functioning aircon is truly a blessing.

Ok but …

Old design, no decorations in rooms, white walls only, many internet and phone issues, incredibly long wait in restaurant after order, lack of privacy around pool with manyguest taking videos and pictures without asking

The condition of the rooms was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness fell short of acceptable standards, with evident signs of neglect. Additionally, a significant portion of the furniture was in a state of disrepair, which greatly diminished its functionality and visual appeal. The windows and doors were particularly problematic, as they were not properly functional and some even displayed signs of damage. This compromised the overall security and comfort of the accommodation. To make matters worse, the presence of lizards in both the wardrobe and the kitchen further contributed to the unpleasant experience. Collectively, these issues created an unsatisfactory and discomforting environment, making the stay far from enjoyable. In the breakfast area specially the fruits section lots of ants in the sweet dishes were again unexpected.

Food and cleanness was good. Staffs are very cooperative.
