The hotel is professionally managed! The staff are .well trained, very attentive and friendly! The breakfast is ample and varied, with a very attentive staff, makes for an enjoyable experience!

Staff are friendly. hotel is 3min walk to Grand Batam mall and 12min taxi from Harbour bay ferry terminal. Lots of eatery and massage opposite the hotel but a bit challenging to cross the busy road. Toilet has sewerage smell but as I spent only 2nites in hotel so didn't really bother to inform the hotel. However, after feedback to hotel upon check out, I received a text from them on the same day that they will look into the sewerage issue so this is a plus point added

Reception were very friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations on shopping and eating nearby.

Amazingly clean, strategic location, friendliest staff from the front office to f & b to the housekeeping.

Very busy road that needs extra carefull when crossing over to BCS mall.

Cosy and the bed was comfortable! TV was a smart tv that has NetFlix!

Some water stains can be found on thr bedside lamps. Shower placement is a bit too high and it can cause it to splash outside the shower area. Shower corner is abit too small.

Gym was closed for reno.Toilet at lobby was dated and off. Desperately need a revamp. Does not look like it is a hotel lobby toilet.

The location is walking distance to Batam Grand Mall and BCC, food court and massage places. The bed is very comfortable, although it will be perfect if the air con does its job well. The hotel staff are very polite and take my feedback very seriously.

The aircon is not working well, it could not cool the room effectively.

For Suite room, furniture old, poor lighting in room, bathroom bathtub lower tap not working, only old bathtub difficult for seniors to climb in and out, should remove bathtub. But good bed mattress and pillows.Breakfast too limited and should be improved.

There isn't a shower door at the bathroom. Thus, after the shower, the floor is pretty wet. It could be quite slippery.

Location of the hotel was good, near to the Batam Grand mall and Penuin market.

STAFF WERE GOOD, APPROACHABLE. DESCEND DISTANCE TO MALLS. BREAKFAST WAS OK. THE BREAKFAST CAFE WAS VERY WELL MANAGED. WELL GREETED AND ALWAYS OUT TO SERVE YOUR NEEDS.

ALL WAS GOOD, MAYBE ADD ON MORE DISHES FOR BREAKFAST.

Staff there are wam and friendly. The rooms are clean. Convenient location to Grand Batam and BCS. Malls. Food places are aplenty.

All about this hotel. Stay very efficient, friendly, helpful and responsive. Food especially breakfast foods really yummy. Until now I really remembered the taste of nasi goreng, very delicious. Room very clean and comfortable. Wifi no lagging.

Looby and cafe temperature need to take action. Cool but still can feel discomfort. Toilet space little bit small. One person per time.
