Hotel Rainforest

Very well knowledgeable guide by the hotel, knows exactly how to guide the customer for the trip and always smiling happy staff very polite.. and yes 10 min walking river side distance...

WiFi little slow in room..

This place is amazing, very quiet and near the center. The pool is great and also the food and breakfast. Everyone was so nice and charming!!

Location and hotels staffs

Some Security issues and lack of communication

Comfortable, clean, very good location , nice staff and food was amazing, we com back to this hotel

Pool was good enough with sufficient height for diving. Food was good and location was perfect.

There was no fridge even in deluxe room.

Location

Water on the floor in various areas, which poses a slipping hazard for guests. Several guests were consuming alcohol by the pool and creating quite a bit of noise. This was quite disruptive, and it seemed no staff members were available to address the situation, room had an unusual smell. no ventilation in washroom.

The pool area was nice and the staff were so friendly and helpful organising our safaris.

The AC went out a lot due to power cuts (we were in pre monsoon)

Great location, rooms, breakfast and pool! highly recommend. We booked our tours through the hotel reception and our guide (Asouk) was absolutely brilliant. Easy walk to the river. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Hotel restaurant also really good. Pool was clean and a really good size.

the hotel is located in very nice garden with lots of birds, the room was big, the swimming pool big and clean, we spent all the free time at the pool, good breakfast, very close are restaurants, shops, tourist offices where you can book the jungle attractions

Location, on main street, but away for the noise. The relaxing swimming pool with restaurant service. The ample gardens in between room blocksThe very good breakfast with options prepared just for you.The posibility of going to excursions directly from the hotel at no extra cost, the same for transport tickets to other citiesThe owner Mr Rajendra Kumar Bista always ready to help and supervising an excelente staffGreat place to stay in Suahara

The location and the light and size of the room.

The atmosphere was really nice! The location was good. We had both safari and a chill day by the pool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed staying here.

The staff are very kind and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. The location too is central and very goodI primarily booked for the pool and it was so nice to enjoy an evening swim, after the jeep safari, it was my first and only swimming pool in Nepal:)Overall would definitely recommend the hotel

A/C in the room wasn't the best, but I had the fan so was no big deal really:)

Hotel was good value for money and in a good location on the main street. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They explained and took care of all the bookings for sight seeing and tours. They also organised bus tickets for my onward journey. No Stress. Our guide for the jungle activities was fantastic as was the owner and all of the staff.

Everything was fantastic

Rooms I choose didn't given,I ask for 2 beds one single one double but given 2 singles bed for 2 adults can't hardly sleep, one single bed one adults one child sleep is alright.know hot water,

Breakfast was set know juice.but okay

The room was spacious. Breakfast was inclusive, the lunch and dinner we had at the hotel was better than outside restaurants.(cheaper as well)

The bedsheets and towels didn't look clean.

lovely comfortable hotel with very spacious rooms. the staff here are wonderful, friendly and professional. organised lots of great activities into the national park very easily and at a great price using their private jeep. they were particularly helpful when me and my friend were unwell and rearranged our bus and tour for us. thank you for a stress free and comfortable stay!

Just the cleanliness.

The list could just go on, there was no intercom(have to walk up to the reception if you need anything), no toothbrush in the room, A/C made weird sounds, no one would even take my order for breakfast in the morning as we kept on waiting. As there is no intercom, I went to the reception and saw no one there and wait for more than half an hour and called them but no one was there. Finally the guard came and asked us to wait. No ashtray in the balcony. Basically we paid way more than required for that dump of a place.

Really nice breakfast, big choice of dishes. Location is great. Spacious room. Nice staff.

The room was a bit humid, but that can be expected in this area. Unfortunately there was no hair dryer available, not even at the reception, so rather bring your own.
