Park Safari Resort, Chitwan National Park

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. Every single person working not only checked to see everything was good for us, they engaged, they smiled and beyond. It was my husband’s birthday while we were there. At 6:30 am he went down to get a coffee, the young man at reception greeted him w Happy Birthday. From there we had a special table, cake and song later that day. The pool is fabulous. Big, very clean and so refreshing after being out in the jungle. The location is perfect. Just off the main busy street but more importantly right on the river with wildlife sightings probable in the morning or afternoon. We had several Rhino, deer and lots of birds. Walkable to lots of great restaurants, shops and yet quiet! We recommend this property.

Beautiful location with views over the river and the jungle. Property is maintained very well.

Spend 3 nights here, one of which we did not have any hot water. But it was rectified by maintenance. Prices for soda’s is absolutely ridiculous. More shade at the swimmingpool would have been nice as it was extremely hot during our stay. Only one ambrella at the swiimingpool.

Their prices for the jeep safari and other events. I found the same at half the price outside.

A 3 floored building No lifts. And the Air condition was as good and no air conditioning.

We were upgraded to a suite for 2 nights of our stay which was a bonus. The staff went out of their way to be kind and looked after us very well. The staff were aware it was my birthday whilst staying there and made a special effort to celebrate and made a wonderful cake for which I am and was very grateful. If it wasn’t for the incessant noise this would have been our favourite hotel on this trip.

We weren’t informed when we booked the hotel that there was a building site which was very loud next door to the hotel. We would never had booked if we had known as we went there to relax. Our room overlooked the site and we couldn’t use the lovely balcony as every time we went out the builders looked up and also it was far too loud to sit and relax. We were moved to a room further away but it was still loud and so we curtailed our stay to 3 instead of 4 nights. I might add the hotel did not charge us for the night we didn’t stay.

Great staff, upgraded our rooms too. Great location with a great view.

Riverside Location and the pool.

Rooms are very basic , No elevator and limited breakfast options.

Excellent place to stay.Polite and very helpful staffs.Clean and hygienic. Great river view spot. Good food and great service.

Every thing is good as expected.

Linens and room environment was not good. Was totally different from the photos and in real. Not so clean and most dissappointing thing was ciggrette smell all over the room.
