Chitwan Village Resort

A beautiful resort with top-notch service! The rooms and food were great, but the staff truly made our stay special. Special thanks to Basu for his constant attentiveness, for his recommendations and for introducing us to Tawa bread and Dal—the best Nepali dish we’ve had! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine hospitality.

Lovely gardens, super clean rooms, great breakfast and the location is close to the river and a nice short walk to town but was very quiet and peaceful. And the staff were all very accommodating and friendly and nice people. We stayed 5 nights and did tours, rented bikes and just watched the world go by.

The resort is calm and clean. The best thing is the behaviour of the staffs. The staffs are very friendly.

It was an excellent experience staying at Chitwan Village Resort. In my opinion, it is one of the best accommodation options in Chitwan. The manager was fantastic—very kind, well-mannered, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He truly went above and beyond to meet our expectations. I loved this place and will definitely stay here again if I visit Chitwan in the future.

The smoke around the hotel from the farmers. The breakfast wasn't good, it should have more variety and better quality food.

The grounds were kept spotless! The staff from the beginning to the end were absolutely amazing. We only had breakfast and lunch but the food was exceptional. It took a little while to make, but they made that very clear when ordering. So we were able to plan around that.The hotel booked the Safari for us. We had a full group of 11. Our guide’s name was Manu and he was incredible. The jeeps went nice and slow. While all the other jeeps seem to be speeding through the park. Any question we had down to the specific species of random flowers he was able to answer.

Many of our rooms did not have power in the headboard therefore we were not able to charge devices and one of our party used to CPAP and was not able to use it that night.

The property is beautiful! The gardens very well kept, with a lot of love!! And the Staff… always very helpful and kind! And it is located close to everything! I loved it! Thank you for having me!!! ??

The staff were so very kind and helpful. They organized our safari tours, provided an excellent breakfast and served the best masala tea I had in my entire trip!

Amazing, ended up staying for almost 2 weeks. The location is perfect, the property is clean with spacious rooms, and it has the most beautiful garden! The staff is super kind and attentive, we felt right at home. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!

Welcomed by staff was good.Night sleep was sound & quiet. Morning nearby area walk was also good.Little garden area was well maintained.

Raj was incredibly helpful without being pushy, helping us organize our different safaris. The breakfast was ok and certainly substantial. Everyone at the resort was super smiley and friendly. Was close to town and restaurants but still quiet.

The staff were so amazing and consistently helpful in explaining and booking our activities. The free breakfast was really good with a large range of different foods! Great location, very near to loads of restaurants and bars. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the lovely garden. We would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at Chitwan Village Resort for three nights, and it was an amazing experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and the manager was equally friendly, always smiling. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with pancakes, juice, potatoes, toast, and fresh fruit.The highlight was the beautiful balcony view of the garden. Additionally, they offered complimentary pick-up from the bus station and drop-off, which was a thoughtful touch. I recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

The garden was beautiful, the staff was extremely nice and caring, breakfast was huge and great. They even provided a shuttle service for free from the bus stop (back and forth). You can also book your safaris from there. Would definitely recommend!

Manager was super nice. Family business. All staff extremely friendly & helpful.Upon arrival, the manager gave us many options for safaris.I did not compare or check other alternatives, so I was a bit apprehensive, but our choices from his safari offerings , with guides on his staff, turned out to be fantastic.Breakfast was ok for me, but next day requested fresh vegetables instead of pancake, and request was promptly fulfilled.So most highly recommended on all accounts.
