polite staff, early checkin option was easy with them, location was near by to the station.

they gave me early check in for 400rs extra and charged 1299 + tax to it .. but the room was very poor .. too much cockroaches roaming all over. If you turn off the lights it will be all over the place, all over the bags ... very dreadful.. i had to keep the lights on and sleep the whole night but still it got in to my food packets.. the house cleaning was good chap he said he willclean again but its no use... very badly maintained...

Friendly Staff, location of the hotel, and the complimentary breakfast.

Proper maintenance is required as the cockroaches were seen in the room.

Hot Water was Comming in Tap.I Request for Hot Water for Bath. air Condition also not Cooling Properly

I booked 4 Deluxe double room. But they not provided 4 rooms. Bath shower is not working, didnt provide Pillow, Electric kettle, , Coffee maker, Toilet paper, Caning product, Alarm clock etc., Closet flush is not working and Television is not working. TV technician came 3rd day of our stay

They didnt provide tea/coffee maker, electric kettle, hot water in bathrooms etc. Room is full dust.

Location was good quite near to the Railway station. Breakfast was good.

Water was continuously flowing in the commode and not repaired even after Complaint. Water bottles were not supplied instead filtered water was supplied in jugs.

Room wasn't clean. Mosquitos and insects, with no mosquito repellent. Bedsheets and towels were not clean

com to Nothing like there, No towel in the room until laundry bring in the morning, toilet not clean and broken, sink waste water pipe broken, bed sheets are white become black colour and pillows are same, A/ c doesn't work, Tv also not working, when u asked towel warning the guest want to stay or check out.Not value for money, must scold booking.com without checking the hotel giving star level status...I'm totally upset with the staff and hotel people never accept the mistake of them. No water bottles to drink, but they charge every thing. advise all the guests to do not stay at this hotel and request the booking.to visit the hotel give the status and it's not star hotel and it's a lodge.

everything did not like there, staff very aggressive and not respect the guest.

Economical , okayishly comfortable stay... Easy access for city transportation... They provide good breakfast though if u select that option wen u book d room...

Bugs & smelling toilet

Location was very close to Chennai Central,Room and washroom was spacious.Staff were courtious.

Single bed shoud have more width,Scope for improvement regarding cleaning of bed sheets and cupboard.Room was not sanitised.Restaurant was not available.

Room was big enough.. accomodative staff. .. good reception.. worth for the money..

A/c dripping and it was a pool in the morning.. windows din have grill.. not safe for kids. Toilet facilities needs maintenance..
