WAS GOOD FOR A ONE LATE NIGHT STAY . STAFF WERE VERY GOOD . ROOM WAS GOOD TOO .

With stay if breakfast was there it would elderly people

Approach road from main if missed auto drivers refused to reach in the night

The staff was extremely helpful. They delivered b breakfasts without additional delivery or fee from nearby cafes. our zipper broke on bag and they got it renovated. the place is convenient as well. budget friendly hotel.

Location ideal. Room was very clean. Facilities were great. Car parking was small. Nearness to good restaurants took care of our needs.

We actually got offered multiple rooms and got to pick our favourite room, we went over to their sister hotel: Greenestate as we like the room there better. Rooms were a good size, strong AC and good value for money. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Staff was extremely friendly and always ready to assist us with any problem. The location close to the railway station was excellent for our purpose of visit.

Clean rooms, helpful staff. Location 50 meter from B5 exit of Central Metro. Many food outlets within walking distance.

Should keep a tea maker and accessories. Kettle was there but no tea other items. Bedsheet for covering should be of cotton instead of the blanket type

Hands down the most polite and hospitable hotel we’ve ever had the luck to stay at.Upon arrival, they greeted us, helped with our luggage, and showed us the available rooms in both the Hydel Park and Green Estate (same management) so we could pick the one we liked best.The A/C room was very modern, quiet, and had a nice modern bathroom with a hair dryer and most importantly impeccable clean. Additionally, they provided us with coffee and tea for the kettle in the room.When we were leaving, they helped us find a tuk-tuk, loaded our stuff, and made sure we left the place safely.Overall, an excellent hotel in a superb location next to the metro and central train station, with outstanding hospitality.

I stayed at Green Estate. The staff were polite and very extremely supportive. They even showed rooms of nearby properties owned by them and made every effort to keep our stay comfortable.

The rooms have just enough space. Though the exact location is close to central rly station, on the narrow lane where this hotel is located there are few slum dwellers on the other side. Use the left exit to reach to connecting main road where you have access to auto, etc

I was put up in the adjacent property run by the same people.it was a new property, so i was lucky to get a room with things that worked! The staff was courteous to me and tried to be helpful

The location. Although it is very close to the metro, it is not easy to locate.

The staff was very attentive to customer satisfaction: they allowed me to change in one of their restrooms after my checkout and found me a tuktuk to go to the train station. The room is big and the bed comfy.It is clean even though there were some stains on the wall.

The room has no view. The window gives on a wall.But still great value for price
