ST Parklane Airport Hotel

The staff were incredibly gracious and kind. My flight was two hours late and a wonderful man waited patiently to pick me up and bring me to the hotel even though it was 3 AM.

its very close to airport, they have provided pick and drop to me

only issue is maintance part they would work on maintaining property.

Roads nearby are bad. Restaurant is not so good

They don't clean the room and didn't changed the bedsheet and towels for next day. Only after our request they changed. Also for water they are charging for extra required. In booking.com app it is mentioned as for breakfast per head will be Rs 250, but they said Rs.350 per head.

The alloted room was worst class. No good AC, very very small room, it was very old type room. I refused to accept the room , it was good to not pay any amount in advance, they dinay to give other room . When I move to some another hotel , they agreed to allot some another room which was not have king size bed.Next day the gave me excellent room, with big size and king bed.

Over all is good experience and satisfied with hotel management. Good food, good service, nice staff, and good cleanness.

We arrived very late and picked up by hotel car at airport when arrived at hotel they upgraded us but bathroom in first room had toilet shower hose broken and sink hanging off wall Bathroom in second room had toilet shower hose leaking However staff were lovely and good breakfast choice

I didn’t like anything about the property

The staff was totally demotivated and non helping attitude , not even smile on their faces , pathetic food and location was the worst , room services was literally unacceptable. Bathroom fittings were all worn out , AC not working well and toilets flush stops working daily . I just feel like it’s a total waste of money.

We have booked deluxe double room - they offered me standard room for 3 occupancies. no proper response when we validate the room.all staffs are rude behavior. we booked with breakfast , but they refused to offer breakfast.Overall the hotel is not recommended.

Closer to the airport.

Food could have been better. The bathroom also could be better with hot water facility.

Reception staff not overly friendly/welcoming. Dreadful, overwhelming sickly sweet artificial and I would describe it as 'toxic' smell pervaded the bedroom . Almost prevented me from sleeping it was so strong. i rang reception about it but got no helpful response there. It would 100% prevent me from staying in your hotel again. !

Toilet flush was not working.Bed linen was not up to the mark.Adjacent room AC was not working.Over all a poorly maintained unit.

Soft bed, hot shower, gave toothbrushes

Its close to the airport, and that's why I chose it. Arriving in the early hours I needed some sleep after longhaul flights. That's all I did there, sleep.

The room was clean and well maintained. The food was great and the staff were friendly and polite. Would definitely stay at the property again

When the phoned to arrange a pickup I couldn’t understand the receptionist’s English, my room was very damp and mildewed and the food was very average

Hardly ever maintained and the promised room size hasn't been offered. Too costly while comparing with the facilities

Hotel is clean and well managed. Restaurant serves nice meals, and its staff is willing to provide extra services (such as meals that are not on the menu at the time, if possible). The staff of the hotel is in general very helpful and caring, speaks good English. I felt safe and well taken care of.

The manager Anand was helpful and spoke fair English.

The hotel is in urgent need of a facelift. Room was tatty, many minor faults and blemishes. The first room they gave me was small and had no windows. Anand then moved me to a second floor room with a great view (through dirty windows). Location near airport good but immediate surroundings very grotty.
