Bathroom was neat

Bed cover and blanket are not clean. No drinking water in hotel room.Intercom was not working.

Cordial staff and very helpful...Good location and easier for shopping and meals.

No restaurant at the property but just a stones throw for meals.

The receptionist and the manager was very helpful and kind.

Not happy with the breakfast.

This property is managed by Treebo. They auto-cancelled my booking despite their notification that I could pay till 3 days before the stay date. And the customer care / follow up was just arrogant and unprofessional.

The room was clean but space is very limited. Its not that much attractive how it appears in the booking.com site. Front desk staffs were friendly. Breakfast items are very limited and poor in quantity also.

After reaching T. Nagar by Taxi it took more than one hour to find out the hotel. Because No one could recognize the Hotel by name. At booking.com site the property name was ITSY HOTELS DELUXE INN. But the property name is only DELUXE INN. And the holding number was not mentioned in Hotel Signboard, which created lot of confusion.

The location is excellent. Rooms are small, but neat. Bathroom was also clean.

The linen was not fresh and seemed used. They probably do not change them after a guest moves out. Very simple and ordinary breakfast with a couple of items only.

The rooms are small and cramped. The bedding was soiled. There is no formal dining area. Breakfast is sub standard

I felt so convient to stay at deluxe inn. Its located in centre of T Nagar which make my travelling more easier in surrounding areas. All the staff at Treebo very helpful and assist me in so many things. Just love my stay over there.. I will choose deluxe inn for my next visit too..❤️

Cleanliness, friendly and supportive staff, AC etc worked perfectly

The location is a bit difficult to find for first time, but once you know it, it's easy.Maybe they can give more details and landmark at the time of booking around how to enter the bldg

The location is good. And that’s all that is good. Though during booking it said no prepayment as soon as it was booked I got the debit.

Rat hole rooms and attitude of staff. So unhelpful. Do yourself a favour, choose another place. There are plenty nearby.

Asked for 5hrs late check out and got charged for the next full-day ,they could have charged half the price because I checked in at 9pm the day before

The location is an absolute winner. close by to the main shopping areas.

The washroom shower was not working well and felt the mattress and pillow covers could have been cleaner

Elevator works from 1st floor only thus you have to carry your luggage to the 1st floor but when you want to come down then you can come straight to the ground floor. Telephone data signal is very bad inside the rooms, especially on the 1st floor rooms. No Room service.

Breakfast is not that great it , managable

Wrong address.... we were in trouble because of you... this hotel location didn't find... when we reach.... there was an empty place... on hotel location... third class.... hotel I have been seen....
