Hotel Beebiz Guindy

Fantastic atmosphere, very relaxing. Very helpful, nice and carrying staff. Nice facilities, fantastic food for good money. Be aware there is a bit noisy street in front. But we definitely did not regret staying there.

Good hotel, good restaurant, good cook. Besides the Indian breakfast food, they specifically made omlettes for me each morning. This was my 10th journey to India, my shortest and my first in 20yrs so I wanted it to be smooth & easy. I initially booked the BEEBIZ to be close to the airport on my late-night arrival. With the BEEBIZ being a bit out of town I initially thought after a few days I would move to a more centrally located hotel. On my third day I tried the Metro (A/C subway, the Little Mount Station was only 100 yards away from the BEEBIZ) and for only 30rs took it into town right to where I wanted to go. After that I decided to stay the rest of my time at the BEEBIZ (with the good food, good bed, 4 big pillows, etc) and take the Metro each day to where I wanted to go and not have to haggle all the time with taxis, etc., saved money and made the trip easy.

My limited time

Hotel is 2 star, clean and ok. Fan only ran at full speed. AC very very old, broken and taped up. Room clean. Breakfast ok basic. Not cleaned daily.

But their room rate is Rs.3100 per night. Booking. com charged me Rs. 5300 per night. Will book directly in future. Why so much of a price difference? I feel cheated.

Good breakfast and also lunch was good hot and tasty

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is connected to the airport by metro and many buses ply on the road in front of the hotel. The breakfast was super. A typical South Indian Breakfast prepared with care along with breads and cornflakes were available.

The cleanliness should be taken care of. Sheets and towels are not of very good condition. The AC could not be turned on and off easily.

It’s in main area, that’s an advantage.

Management is scam. They won’t give your money back if they owe you refund.

Dust in the room.

The staff was very receptive and cordial. Hot water was available always. Food was also okay

The rooms looked very old. Poor maintenance and floor cover plaster was brocken at many a places. Window curtains of the room allotted to initially was not opening and the TV set top box was dysfunctional. So I asked to change the room and the new one was on the top floor. There things are better but at sleep ceiling produced a lot of sound, may be from the running rats living there. However the staff were very polite. The breakfast was average though some of the idlis were half baked only.

The hotel is located right on the main road and is easy to reach. The room was clean and well maintained. like the simple decor of the room and the floor was clean so was the washroom. I like them having handwash on the washbasin which I personally appreciated much. The towels and the bed linen were clean and a decent comfort bed with ample pillows was provided. The location is very convenient to get a ride and parking was available which came in handy for us to park our car, though only two spots are available on-site, we were lucky to get one.

We requested a double bed, though the size was the same, but the matteress is of a twin bed put together, so the middle was uncomfortable. nothing major. otherwise had a good stay and value for money.

Breakfast was decent, especially fresh Pineapple juice, attentive chef.

The room was very compact and we felt like dungeon!Outfit and the reception was very modernized but the room was totally opposite

Good and pleasant stay in Beebiz Guindy. Good Response and friendly staff.

Hot Water didn't work in the early morning. But anyhow they solved it!

Poor room conditions floors walls are done with patch work but not finished and painted. Limited buffet breakfast. Rooms are smelly

Ac cooling not up to the mark

The staff is very nice and cooperative . As a female staying alone, I felt very safe. The food from their restaurant is also good

There should be 2 locking systems on the room door. There is just the knob lock which can be opened from outside with a key. Nothing bad happened to me, the staff were really nice. but subconsciously you’ll be scared. There should be atleast another latch that can’t be opened from outside with a key. Also my bathroom lock was broken both from inside and outside. But since I was alone I didn’t mind it

It was damaged in the cyclone.and the ceiling was under pasted through a packing tape. Literally a packing tape. So we just left the place without staying
