Nothing at all — there is absolutely nothing to be liked about this place. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unpleasant and uncomfortable. The rooms were extremely smelly, poorly maintained, and unhygienic, making it difficult to even stay inside. The overall condition of the property reflects a complete lack of cleanliness and basic hospitality standards.

The location itself felt unsafe and spooky, especially at night.The staff appeared to be underage and were involved in dishonest behavior. One of our bags was stolen, and we had to confront the staff to recover it. Additionally, none of the CCTV cameras were functioning, which is a serious safety concern. Overall, the situation felt highly suspicious and poorly managed, giving the impression that such incidents may be planned rather than accidental.

Very delicious meals, with friendly staff and reception. Great service, and everything we asked for was provided immediately. Great location in T. Nagar, and the price was also quite reasonable. The rooms themselves are very spacious with a nice balcony view.

Everything was as we asked for, very satisfied.

The staff was good and helpful. Bathrooms were clean.

The property was too old. I didn’t expect much but the room was too small, beds were small and uncomfortable.

Really value for money, staffs are friendly, rooms are clean. Mineral water is kept outside so no need to buy water from outside. Kettle was provided so that we make hotwater. Cooks are good and food was delicious specially chicken gravy, mushroom fried rice.

Compliment breakfast was nice. Staffs are very helpful. Location is advantage for shopping and eating out. T Nagar and famous shopping centers are in 10 minutes walking distance. Actually we appreciate the staffs during our stay,

I think, owners should upgrade the rooms little more

Air Conditioner hadn’t been cleaned since installation. Absolutely putrid. No instructions for HWS so I had a cold shower first morning as was not told to turn it on the night before. No coffee . Could be something really nice with competent staff

The location is bit inside, but it is still okay for someone who needs a neat, safe and comfortable stay in Chennai.

The property is value for money and the staffs are really good.

I didn’t like the location as there are no shops near by, if you need anything after 7pm you have to get that delivered.

Front desk staff attitude and behaviour is highly appreciated.Mr Rajasekhar has to be appreciated for his kindness and support to the customers.Rooms are all well maintained.

Room service: We did not know we had to call and let them know we need room service. We only got to know because after 3rd day when we asked they said we had to call and inform them. And when informed still no one came and we had to report to the higher management.Breakfast: Could be improved, can improve the cleanliness.Staff: Could improve their service

Hi, From Sri LankaI stayed at this hotel with my friends for 4 nights, from 11th August to 15th August, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel itself is excellent, and the staff and facilities were outstanding.From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Although I’ve forgotten their names, I want to thank them sincerely for their kindness. The check-out time was 11:00 AM, but they kindly allowed us to stay until 12:30 PM without any extra charges, which we really appreciated.The food was also very good, especially the Indian breakfast, which was a great experience for us as foreign guests. On some days, we ordered lunch and dinner as well, and the service was prompt and the food was delicious.A special thank you to Mr. Mani and his kitchen team. Mr. Mani personally visited each table, spoke kindly with guests, and made sure everyone was served well. His entire team was polite, professional, and efficient. Their efforts truly enhanced our experience.Our room was spacious, clean, and very calm, which helped us relax and enjoy our stay. I’ve visited India several times, and I can confidently say that this hotel has been the best experience so far.Thank you once again to the entire team for providing exceptional service.
