Location and staff. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Overall experience was very nice. Chennai VAC was just 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

I didn't like anything about the stay.. infact I have cancelled the future booking with this property as we had the worst experience in this property.

The staffs were rude and they took additional charges to use the lounge as the room was not ready. There was no wifi where as the facility offered wifi. No room service was provided and on top of everything the staffs were so rude and misbehaved with my mom, even after knowing she was not keeping well. The worst experience ever and will never recommend the property to anyone.Though the payment was linked to my credit card, the manager shouted at us and asked to pay full amount in cash to provide the confirmed accommodation. Since we had no other options, we had to pay extra . When my sister came to visit, they charged 1600 rs extra . My mom had to be hospitalized for high BP because of all that happened.

Good:Excellent location — very close to the U.S. Embassy in Chennai.Bad:Cleanliness was below expectations.The hotel repeatedly contacted us to make advance payment and even threatened to cancel the booking if not paid before arrival.We were asked to pay just to wait in the lobby, which was quite unwelcoming.

The cashier at the counter didn’t returned my deposit amount. He didn’t given me the invoice, He simply sent a online invoice after my check out. I paid Rs.3058/- as advance payment, the invoiced amount is Rs.2256/- when I was checking out the cashier was not at the counter a elderly person was sitting told me that he gone for lunch I waited there for an hour, as my bus time was nearing I have been rushed to Koyambedu in the evening they sent me another message saying that your bill is finally settled for whatever I paid, totally cheating

Breakfast was bad, they served in a very dirty plates. we could rub a tissue and see how much dirty the plates were. The room had cockroach issues. We complained to the hotel and they didn't give a shit. No support from booking.com either when raised query online. Room gyser was not working. It was giving out muddy water.There are no female staff. Only uneducated young kids who do not clean anything properly. No hospitality knowledge. Wifi never worked. Simply we have overplayed my stay and I will get a refund.The hotel front reception had gunny bag as the welcome mat. Dirt everywhere. This hotel should not be in booking.com. Looks like it has bribed its way into here.

Room was neat and clean, location wise good, complimentary breakfast was decent moreover very close to the US consulate. Starting from the person at the reception desk and the room boy, ( Yuvraj, Vijay, Siva to name a few) all I found very well behaved in conformity with most of the South Indian people.

Close to US Ambassy, As I have travelled for this purpose. In a prime location. Breakfast was good.

Not enough toilet rolls ...what I was given a half roll.The towels were not clean , stains all over .. mosquitos were there , few small cockroaches in the bathroom ...my room 205 I think it's 207 someone left the music very loud at 12 midnight and his front door was open ..the hotel management need to look these things

This place is horrible. The room was smell like phenyl so badly that it was even difficult to breath. Couldn’t sleep entire night because of the smell and suffocation. Staff said that they put phenyl because people complained about bad smell. They gave RO water bottle instead of mineral water bottle and didn’t tell me until i ask multiple times.

Rooms are stinky. Felt itching. Not worth for the money. Staff response and breakfast was good.

Located within walking distance of US consulate & VAC.Comfortable and clean rooms.

Limited food options for lunch & dinner. Staff could be a bit more courteous and less grumpy.
