A horror movie, just without the option to leave before the sequel

Our experience at this place was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, we were greeted not by hospitality, but by the sight of a man asleep on the lobby sofa—apparently the grand welcome we deserved. Our rooms weren’t ready, which, in hindsight, was a blessing, considering the horror that awaited inside. The bathrooms made railway restrooms seem luxurious, with a stench that could wake the dead. The bedsheets reeked, and let’s just say, if you ever dared to shine a UV light on them, you'd probably need therapy. The kitchen? Overrun by rats. Breakfast? A direct ticket to food poisoning. And the worst part? The bathrooms were so revolting, even in my weakest, most desperate moment, I couldn’t bring myself to use them. This wasn’t a stay—it was survival.

HOTEL SURROUNDING LOT OF WASTE WHEN LOOKED FROM WINDOW .UNWANTED ITEMS STACKED .TV WAS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION.INITIALLY FROM AC WATER SPRAY .FOOD WAS SATISFACTORY & CHAPATHI SIZE WAS SMALL.

For a Short stay if you run out of options, this is a good place close to Hotel Mercure.

There was no hot water in the morning. The 1st floor looked like a Laundry workshop. There should be a place away from customer entry area for laundry management. The staff are very transactional and give you a cold stare with Yes/No answers.

i like the ambience bur there are lizards in the room and also a broken window in the washroom

Breakfast tasty even though it was the same each day. Beds comfy but everything dated and needs updating.

Tired place that needs updating and some TLC especially the bathrooms.

The venue, the property.

Cleanliness, basic arrangments like toiletries, bedsheet change , toilet cleaning , room freshner etc. .Greeting by people dont feel welcomed. Seems like the staff is forced to work there. Not value for money.

I like comfortable interior.Also, Breakfast was very delicious.Staff is supportive. However, there are very few peoples only.

Bathroom cleanliness. Bathroom accessories are very old, minor leakage and feel like low quality.Cleanliness at rooftop was not good however, breakfast area was clean. Entrance area was also not very clean. And its feel like only I stay in the hotel.During my stay, I am unable to view my fav TV channels due to some error which was not able to be fixed by receptionist as well.

Very poor, renovation going on. Staff are not supportive. Even i did not get receipt. No wi-fi working. Printer not available to print their invoice/bill!!! No Food!!! No Coffee.

TV not working, lots of mosquitos ? in the room and no allout is available.No power backup and light was available in morning time.Breakfast is not of good quality. They severed dosa n sambhar but sambhar is not hot and tasteless also.Blanket was torn.

I didn't like anything.

Form arrival till departure everything is bad. Only one cook, so you don't get food on time. Staff with dirty cloths & don't take bath. Morning breakfast was ready at 8.00 am since the cook went to the market. There is no senior person to take care of the activities.

Super Fresh breakfast . Hindi speaking staff. Large shower head. Romantic lighting. Super cool terrace with lovely star gazing. Cool nice breeze from far away lakes. Enjoyed every bit of the stay.Will visit again. Owners were very accommodative and upgraded my room without any additional cost.

No non-veg food. Only eggs are served.No Bar.No swimming pool.Uber and Ola are hard to find in this area. You can use Fast-Track local cab. Autos are available reasonably.

Garden area. Food. Proximity to SIPCOT. terrace restaurant. clean sheets. Rain showers. nice decor.

Nothing to like

Horribly maintained hotel. Nothing like the photos, the hotel is completely run down. Infested with mosquitos and other insects. All enter from the bathroom with as u can't shut the shutters of the window.Bathroom filthy and water fills till brim of toilet after flush.Staff don't even give a damn.Never had such a terrible experience in my life."ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK"

Spacious Room, Comfy bed and couch. Quiet place, Staff was helpful

Food options wee very limited, Even though OLA UBER was available but they keep cancelling the rides(not fault of the hotel) . No public transport or auto rickshaws available , Not all Staff knows hindi/ English

Enjoyed the terrace Restarant. Cozy beds. Clean bathrooms. Nice shower. Overall it’s very good. Wi-Fi is ok.
