Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooftop restaurant has a great ambience with a nice view of the city. Special thanks to who took care of all our preferences and ensured we had a pleasant stay.

Excellent customer service, I booked the hotel for my relative and they kept me posted took care of the guest very well. I heard the food was good. Plus they kept things clean during this COVID time. I need to mention  manager did a fabulous job

The room was clean and comfortable

The shower was flooded when my hubby took a shower and I couldn't take a shower after that.Toilet was draining water at all times but stop the flow

They had the most options for breakfast I have ever seen in most hotels. The rooms were also very spacious and clean with great check in service.

The location

THe cleanliness and the quality of the accessories provided. The rooms need better and good quality cleaning. I have stayed in Accor hotels across India and WW and this was a surprise when it came to the cleanliness. There was dust and most of the clenaing was just superficial

Breakfast and location are the biggest plus.

The staff need to be trained better - very inefficient. No place to walk around the hotel. Rooms are fairly small - so if you have luggage, it is really tight

We stayed here only to be near a family member. It was not a very nice hotel. Felt unclean throughout. Breakfast was fine, though.

Location was close to USA consulate

It was not clean as per five star standard . We complained to front desk but no action. Food quality was also poor . We saw some bugs on the food .

City centre

Ac temperature wasn’t under our control and the room was stuffy always.No hot water.

Need to add some more vegetarian options in Food, especially people who are vegetarian it is difficult for them. Should be more options in room also like moisturizer, soap etc.,

The Staff was amazing, it was real value for money for a five star hotel. The room was very good and spacious with an upgrade was lovel. The roof top pool was good along with a restaurant beside was lovely. The guesture of the restuarant manager was very good

Staff were very cooperative. Breakfast was good.

Overall cleanliness. Corridor carpet requires extensive dust cleaning. Even found dust near the tv unit in the room. There was no ironing table kept in the room. Toiletries especially the toothbrush and paste were low quality.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The environment was nice and comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Kardelen at the reception for her kind assistance, and to Mr. Sinan at breakfast for his warm hospitality. Appreciate the great service

Paid for the breakfast for 7days, however no option variety of different dishes, I apparently I expect more.

Buffet breakfast was not worth the money and not on par with 5star standard . Tables were not laid, food weren’t replenished and service were very slow . Need lots of improvements .

The request for cancellation of 2nd days stay was handled in an unproeeessional mannerHotel told me to contact Booking .com It has sent amil that cancellation request is being considered by the HotelIn the end I paid for two days after checking out on 5.4.2025 at 530 pm

Stay was perfect, nice staff.But bad service if you have some questions with payment.I made reservation for 4 days via booking. Before my check-in Hotel charge from me amount for one night. After my arriving I paid for all accommodation at check-in day. The promise to unlock amount for one night, but still it was not happened 10 days past after payment from my full accommodation and check-in date.. In my messages they answer very slowly and stall for time.By phone hotel does not answer. Never make prepayment for accommodation in this hotel.
