Liked the food; both dinner and breakfast spread was awesome! Rooms are clean.

Rooms are clean, but very small. The bathroom can hardly fit in a fully grown adult. Bed is of a standard size and good.

Came here to attend a friend’s wedding and reception, and chose Ibis Chennai OMR as a safe place to stay by myself. The experience was really good, the staff were all very hospitable and friendly, and took care of all my needs. The 24x7 room service was a life saver as my flight reached late and I checked in almost at midnight.Ola and uber come right up to the door, and the security and doormen were very, very courteous.Special thanks to Arpita who came to my room to help me pin and drape my lehenga properly!Felt very taken care of, the buffet breakfast was really good as well with lots of options.Would definitely recommend for solo female travelers, and would stay again for sure!

The fact that it was available.

I don’t quite like the place, they have facilities but it’s not that great doesn’t not serve there most it costs. Parking is okay, breakfast is good, no accessibility to swimming pool, washroom is very small like 10x10

Slow service at reception. None picks up the landline given on the website or booking.com. i just couldn't reach anyone to speak. TV and hair dryer doesn't work

Reception Attender LALITHA is very rude and not able to fulfill our request She's not not fit for the front desk assistantShe's thinking about her like the owner of the place and the guests are like begging her for free money or free stay I haven't visited so many times and stayed in your property in any cities and states I have never seen such a worst service from her

The location and Room is compact and clean.

It was normal room with ac..Staff was cooperative.. though we had to ask for facilities. In booking.com they dont mention that ibis people have to pay to use the swimming pool in Novotel. That is a misleading.. the photos of the pool which is in Novotel

Good Location and a value for money proposition.

Need more food options in Breakfast and in Dinner as well. Bathroom is too clumsy.

The Location was littel away but the hotel is Value for Money, quite lovely, lively and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and cooperative.

The rooms need a serious renovation, the maintenance is bad. The staff at the lobby tried to take advantage on me by making me pay an astronomical price for a cab. They don’t have notion of “service”

His warm and professional approach made our experience even more enjoyable.My room was on the 6th floor, offering a beautiful view of the entire Sholinganallur area. It was a delight to wake up to such a scenic sight every day. The room itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options that exceeded our expectations. The overall ambiance and service were top-notch, making our stay truly memorable.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Chennai!

The wonderful, friendliest receptionist.It was clean.

A bit far from the airport, but if you drive early morning or very late evening, traffic is OK, otherwise it will take to long.Not up to European standards, only the price is! There was only Kingfisher beer available (headache beer), Stella Artois only in one Liter bottle, if you are just in a mood for a glass of a good beer, No chance!

The hotel staff were excellent. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had quite a good menu.

The site advertised a pool and gardens. There were no gardens and the pool was in the Novotel next door and required extra payment.
