Showed queen bed online and provided two single bed, didn't take action even after complaining

Very convenient for me as I have work in SRM University. Staff is very coordisl, very clean housekeeping service and food is very good.Anyone gas work in SRM, it's the best stay though the cost is bit higher..

We informed at check out after 3 days, that a glass broken at room , they charged rs 100.

Apt location, away from the hustle of the city and easy to travel to Airport. The complimentary breakfast was very good with variety of options to choose from. The taste of the food is also very good.

Service can be much better and prompt, because we asked for water bottle twice, which was not served to us.

Near our Daughters college

Hard water coming in the Bathroom which is surprising considering the cost for stay per room. The staff is not very hospitable as expected. They didn’t even come with us to our room and just gave us the key. The key didn’t work and we were given another room in another floor which seems to be the smallest room in the hotel . That was an unwanted ordeal.

Not worth the money paid for the stay. Totally ridiculous prices of food and drinks.

The comfort of the bed to AC temperature to the water from faucets to the breakfast.. not worth and the buffet breakfast is not as good.

Location and food varieties in vegetarian

Behaviour of housekeeping staff. They don't turn up on multiple calls , room clearing is always an issue. Multiple reminders for house keeping services.

Worst hotel experience with worst staff

The staff were not cooperative at all. We booked 2 rooms of the same kind but they gave rooms which were different than we booked. Had to change room twice. Room service is worst had to call 2 times to get things delivered to room. The snacks in the room were chargable but there was no mention of the same. When asked about the same their response was "we don't know, but the snacks are chargable"

1) The breakfast spread was very good and tasty. 2) Room was comfortable and well maintained. 3) Hotel Staff was very courteous and helpful.

1) The breakfast restaurant is very chilly. Most tables have direct air blow from the air vents. This makes it very un-comfortable while dining.2) The reception hall area is not uniformly air conditioned. No AC felt at sofas and areas at corner of reception hall.

The location is good, it was neat and clean.

The service is really very-very slow. Sometimes they also forget what was asked from them.

The comfort of the room and room was very spacious. The food was excellent.

There are no provision to keep or hang clothes in the bathroom

The restaurant need to be improved.the buffet both breakfast and lunch was not good enough compared to my previous stay.

Breakfast was ok. Need to add a bit more North Indian taste too for people from North India & Western part of India.

I wasn’t told about the free wifi password so I didn’t ask for it. Though I knew that it’s available. And there was a bit of discomfort while checking out, which shouldn’t have happened. As per the staff, it happened due to management pressure.

Room rent is very expensive considering the location Breakfast should have been included.
