The location of the property is good.

I had a very disappointing stay at this property. There were no complimentary refreshments or basic accessories provided in the room.The noise level was unbearable due to ongoing renovation work, making it impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. Additionally, essential amenities were missing — no water bottles, no towels, no intercom, and no Wi-Fi.There was absolutely no mobile network coverage inside the room, and shockingly, there was no television either. The toilet was not flushing, which was truly shocking. How can anyone stay in a room without a functioning toilet?

The property is very clean..

but dangerous staffs… not good for travelling in couple.. what’s the point in having good property but bad staffs..

Only one staff was supportive.

Worst service, most people only communicate in Hindi. Rooms were not clean, windows are door locks are rusted and unclean. Water was muddy and brown and no solution were provided. Please don't choose this place

The neighbourhood is calm & quiet and near a main road and has shops within 200 meters.The manager was helpful, he helped us by giving reference to get sim cards. I can order food and eat inside my room. Faced no language problem using English.

In the Booking.com false info has been given regarding the property and they didn’t provide all the facilities they claim in this site. For example:1. No view from room. the room is blocked from all the sides. It was a room in the ground floor with a single window which has been sealed shut for mosquito (as per the staffs).2. Toiletries - only a hand wash bottle (refillable & partially filled) and a shower gel bottle (refillable & partially filled) were given once for our three days stay. They separately sell dental kits for 20 INR. Shouldn’t it be included in the toiletries? 3. No toilet paper was given even after asking. On the last day, they gave some 10 leaves of tissue Paper.4. No mobile hotspot device was there in/near the room , wifi coverage was very poor in most parts of the room, only the entrance area gets some coverage. 5. No mosquito net was given. But the room is fully sealed with glass and an electric liquid mosquito repellent was given but that didn’t keep the mosquitos at bay during the night.6. No towels were given7. No conditioner was there as claimed by them.8. No separate Dining area, but one can order online/through the property and eat inside the room. There is no cutlery, plates, bowl, spoon-fork for eating inside though. 9. No Safe keeping box was there inside the room.10. They didn’t provide any house keeping service during the total stay duration, let alone daily as claimed by them. Had to use same bed sheet, trash can for three days. Surprisingly, they did not give any towels!11. the property is a two story building, no elevator is here.

The fact that our booking was cancelled on the day of our arrival. It was cancelled simply because we didn't make a prepayment. They could have used our credit card to block it but they did not. We aren't from India, and we do not have Google Pay, so it was sort of impossible for us to make the payment. We were travelling on a bus to Chennai at that time as well. We had to book into another hotel (which thankfully didn't need prepayment).

Your image as above and what I experienced, a complete mismatch. Not expected of Booking.com, of who I have been a frequent user. The room was nothing close to what I expected and surely not the kind I would have booked with correct information. Reception desk always kept us waiting.In all a very poor stay experience.Not recommended at all.

The location was a great plus point.

Basic things like lack of a bright light, no power backup for a light in the bathroom, badly warped doors leading to difficulty in closing, shortage of hot water supply, no parking lot even though mention of the same is done. I have stayed at other fabhotel outlets and this is the first time I was a little disappointed with them. I hope this is a one off case.

The room was quite large and clean. Specially the bathroom was neat and clean.

Everything was good only but if we can connect the LCD with our prime account then it’ll be much better.

NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. A WEEK BEFORE BOOKING DATE I WAS THREATNED THAT I DID NOT PAY ADANCE MY BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.RCEIVED SMS 3/4 TIMES. NEVER FACED THIS PROBLEM AS I HAD TRAVELLED ABROAD FOR 10 YEARS AND BOOKED HOTEL IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYY THREATENED MESSAGE NOR SMS.ABSOLUTELY IRRITATING EVEN WHEN I CALLED UP UP THEY SAID BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED IF I DO NOT PAY IN FULL,

NOTHING TO SAY AS I WAS NOT HAPPY SINCE THREATENED BY SENDING SMS OF CANCELLATION

AC Not cooling, Not clean at all, Service is pathetic, People dont understand English or Tamil, TV Remote not working, Water is not there...Never ever experiance this kind of Room.

The hotels need some good cleaning and maintaince. The windows were extremely dirty, also the entire room not really clean and the furniture very old.There is a huge difference between pictures on booking and the reality. This is missleading

-Breakfast was ok. It was room service, as there is no kitchen.-Clean and pleasant

-No car parking. Have to park car in the front road. CCTV is there, so supposed to be safe.
