Staff was hesitant to give an extra ket, they were mentioning that a huge wedding group was coming, which did not make any sense to me

Food was good and ambience was good

Room had additional door which opened into other room. Although it was locked but kept worrying me if someone can open and enter into my room. Also, just on top of my bed (head side) ceiling light was broken and one can see a big dark hole. Kept worrying me all night if an insect like creature could fall on my head while sleeping. BAD

Better room maintainence. And can inform the guest about other attached room and ensure no one has access or peep through.

Everything was superb. Excellent service and the room was clean and i enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staffs were very helpful and friendly

Bathroom has no curtain or proper partition, and the shower quality is poor.

The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We had a situation and asked for a early check in and they were able to accommodate us. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were disappointed with the staff’s behavior and expected a more professional and courteous attitude. We have stayed here five times before and clearly observed a change in the way the staff conducts themselves. Although we requested a high-floor room in advance, this preference was not considered during check-in, which made us feel that customer requirements are not given proper attention. This request was addressed after we reminded the staff. The staff also appeared indifferent and did not greet guests at the breakfast area, which did not convey a sense of hospitality.Additionally, we had informed the hotel that we would be checking out at 12:30 PM. However, our room key was deactivated before that time, preventing us from accessing our room to collect our luggage. We were neither informed about the automatic deactivation of the room key nor was any extension provided despite our prior communication.

The spread was good but not the best I have had. I did not manage to try most of the food. Dont eat much for breakfast. The staff were polite. The service was good.

The location was on a busy highway. There was no way to walk outside to a nearby restaurant. The room was small and like a cubicle. Most of the staff were unknowledgeable about facilities and seemed unaware of where to get uber etcFood was overpricedTypical American style rooms with claustrophobic feelings

No proper drinking water supply. Room service very late.

The stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and immaculate. The beds were indeed very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful at all times. The breakfast was delicious and had a good spread as well. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

My score would have been 9, but unfortunately I faced an issue while using the washroom. The flush didn’t work. I called a couple of times and it was fixed.

Took immediate action after allotting wrong room. Clean rooms. Good responsive staff.

Found out after checking out that Holiday Inn has illegally used the credit card details for verification while booking, for taking away money, in spite of us paying in person while checking in. So it's double payment, one which is taken without customer's consent from the credit card details furnished for booking confirmation and verification. Have contacted the duty manager, yet to receive the solution. Sure this is not a careless mistake. It's fraud and cheating the customer. Thomas in reception alloted wrong room and made us do double work in submission of IDs. Had to request for extra bed, towel after a long wait. Breakfast comparatively below par with previous dining experience. Not up to the mark. On the whole, Holiday Inn Chennai Omr It Expressway is losing standards for reasons unknown.
