Location easily access. Staff behavior good & Responsible.

Bed uncomfortable (2 Single Bed provided for 2Adult & 1Kid). Washroom cleanliness needs improvement. There is cockroach in Sambar. Dining area too small. Plates are not cleaned much.

Staff was helpful, location was great.

Rooms were small, different from the ones shown on the website while booking. Room floor was sticky, could have been cleaner overall. TV didn't work, but they got it sorted. Bed linen didn't feel fresh

Simple, well kept spaces in a bustling area of egmore . Very well located close to all main centers of egmore.

Breakfast was super boring and the cold piled up dosas were put off and got me into bloating coz may be they were made with enough soda in the batter. No hot tea or coffee with it. Dry breakfast like sandwiches , eggs and toast or just dry onion samosas and small bun butter already made could be better options with tea coffee.

Location and hygienic environment . Good and polite staff especially Mr. Jayant was very humble and friendly

Poor, bad, not worth the money I paid

Cleanliness especially bathroom walls, totally empty handwash and shampoo bottles, location (no reasonably good hotel nearby), no car parking facility. Considering all these defects you charged me double. I will never stay again here or never recommend this facility to anyone

The bed spread was not changed, it looked very dirty. Also billing and giving receipt took very long time. The Treebo office functioning is not ok

I Booked room for 3 ,one double bed and one single bed.Room was super clean ,Staffs were helpful, Ambience 10/10, Breakfast 10/10.location was also good.Overall it was a wonderful stay in Treebo Nestlay Casa.Staffs were very helpful and humble .

Less maintained

No shower working,no TV working,breakfast is not so good, they don’t give soap in the bathroom. Cleanness is very poor.

The staff at the hotel try their best to help despite their english being very low. The staff mostly speaks Tamil and very low english. The location of the hotel is good specially for guests who has medical purposes in Chennai and need an accommodation close to their hospital. But be ready for a lot of miscommunication, basically no reply when asking questions via booking, email, their personal whatsapp or even when you directly call the hotel, you will mostly deal with an automated machine talking to you. I would say this note especially for international guests travelling to Chennai.

Being a person who herself works in the hospitality sector, i never write negative comment about a place. However the experience I had with Trebo Nestlay Casa from the moment I booked my reservation and the check in at the hotel. I felt the need to write down what happened to my parents who are elderly and who came to Chennai for medical purposes.The list is very long in terms of things I did not appreciate or went wrong.From the moment I booked the stay at Trebo Nestlay Casa, I immediately messaged the hotel via booking, via their whatsapp number and via email. No answer from them.I was provided a taxi transfer from airport to hotel, but no one from the hotel replied to me despite me providing all flight information. At the end I booked a taxi by myself online for my parents.Some days after booking the place, still no answer from the hotel, I start to received several messages and emails through booking from the hotel mentioning due to high hotel occupancy, I need to do a partial payment via a link sent by the hotel. I tried to ask why, as it is mentioned on their profile on booking, no need to pay online, payment can be done during check in. I found it very fishy why a hotel is spamming me to pay and no reply from the hotel when I am inquiring. In the message it says that my booking can be cancelled if i do not pay. Which i found very strange as I myself work in a hotel and I deal with booking, and i never heard about it.I tried to reach the hotel several times, fearing my booking will be cancelled and I do not want my parents who again are elderly and are in Chennai for medical purpose, be in stress when they arrive at the hotel. I called the hotel personally, and again i was just dealing with an automated machine, no one spoke to me. And during the 'phone call' the machine said 'your booking has been sucessfully cancelled'. Which I did not! Shocked by it.

Shops, near to the hotel?

The hotel claimed through email for online payment again and again before check in. I was unable to make payment on the way and sometimes out of internet. It was painful.

Location is very good. However, the quality and adding more variety in breakfast should be considered.

The hotel should have room service and provisionfor serving food in the room, by making arrangements with nearby good restaurant.

AC was not working properly, despite requested to check but no actions taken by Hotel staff.

Bathrooms could be even cleaner. Taps were leaking.

Location is good,hotel staff so helpful & well management,have their traditional breakfast & last safety . Every year I stay here with my family.

Well located. The facilities were good and the AC functioned well .Staff is very attentive
