Had to make an early check out before breakfast due to my journey being to Thirupathi. Therefore cannot comment on breakfast. The room was very small although it did meet my particular need to spend one night in a hotel in Chennai.

The pillows were too hard. The service at reception and bellboy were helpful.

Very courteous staff. Good large room, close to airport. Mr pradeep at reception was very helpful

Breakfast good. Room is quite clean. Sometimes you hear Flight sound. Overall good place to stay if you have work nearby.

Room is bit small. Wish they agreed on late checkout provided there is late checkin.

Breakfast at 8-10am but we were there at 8.15am the breakfast was not ready and need to wait for 35mts this need to acceptable as our flight is at 11am need to move early. Please be punctual if it’s stated 8am !

Bed sheets should have been a bit cleaner. Room size was small. No lift in property.

No restaurant inside hotel or near byThey arrange food from outside.But they have nice facility for breakfast. I have to leave early so they arrange tea and bread toast with butter at 6.15am

with out informing hotel cancel my booking .i reach to hotel mid night . very dissapointed

Treebo Nestlé Airport Alandur does not even qualify to be called a hotel. The pictures posted on the website are totally different than the actual hotel. Its like an hourly hotel like a Mumbai chawl. Congested small bathroom size room, bedbugs, no windows, no ventilation, hell like condition. Soon after checking in the hotel, I checked out of the hotel within minutes. Not worth even stepping in. Cheating done by the hotel.

I strongly recommend not to book this hotel. I was cheated after paying full amount in advance. They have not refunded any money despite knowing that I have not used their facility ay all. The pics on the website are deceiving, taken from some other hotel. Its a FRAUD.

The property looks decent from outside but the room we got had spots on our bed sheets. The washroom was decent. The bed sheet and the bed was the worst. We could see bugs all around. We had transit in Chennai for 8 hrs and did not know Chennai international airport gives you free stay. Hence, we were looking for budget hotels and was really happy to see the price online and were wondering how come it’s soooo cheap. Once we went to the room we figured why it was…..don’t visit the hotel not good at art. No HYGIENE at all.

Bed, spots on the bedsheet and the throw, could see bugs on the bed and I kept itching myself. Those were prolly bed bugs

Staff attitude and clean room

No parking and lift, my mother is 62yrs old and an ortho patient and we travelled for doctor's consultation. As there was no lift I was worried about how she is going to handle. Thankgod the staff accepted our request and made changes

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport

The room was very small, neglected and not well cleaned. Paint was peeling from the walls, the kettle lid fell off and the handrails in the bathroom were also falling off. The bed did not feel clean with just a thin sheet over the bare mattress. The towel was old and didn't look clean.The room in reality is much shabbier than in the online photos. Breakfast was included in the price but only available 8am-10am, so not for those who have to leave for a flight before 8am.I booked the free cancellation option via booking.com, but got a message from the hotel saying that the reservation would be held for only a few days unless I paid the full price upfront - very confusing. To be sure of a place to stay I ended up paying upfront but that was not what I had chosen when booking.

Unclean room , bathroom and bedsheets , pillow case very unhygienic Its so near to airport at night and the flight sound feel likeIts going to crush on our head

The property accomodated us last minute. They allowed us to check out late at 4pm.

The bedshit were dirty. The pillow needs to be replaced. Completely dirty with stain everywhere. The mattress needs changing. The room needs more air circulation.

Hospitality and cleanliness

Couldn't stop the toilet flush, water kept running throughout the stay, nothing to hang clothes & towel in the bathroom

Proximity to airport is the only positive aspect.

Rooms in need of better upkeep and staff lacking friendliness.

Room is very Good...All Facilities are there in room...Very Good Service given by the hotel staff...Area is also nearby main road...We enjoy the stay...

They must take care of rest room perfect cleaning...They must provide toilet set for guests...Can use some room freshner for fragrancy...
