The food was very good and tasty However here also the selection was far less than previous years

The quality of room service and general maintenance of the room was very disappointing. Facilities that were available a few years back are totally non-existent including internet access. Toilet facilities were sadly lacking.

Room was clean, food was good , staff were friendly

Wish they had more drink options besides just water & sprite. Small refrigerator per room or one per floor would have been nice to store food or access water. Wish the rooms had hairdryer

Excellent Location

The booking was not confirmed until I aked to speak to the President of YWCA. I was then given a room confirmation and told that I would get a 15% discount which they usually give booking.com. On check out I wasnt given any discount and was very disappointed with the whole experience. Felt cheated.

Good location, clean rooms. Green lush campus which is unlike most other places at this price range.

They don't abide by the rates provided on booking.com which makes it pointless to use booking.com

Loved the staff and they were very cooperative. The guest house is extremely beautiful and in middle of nature.

The breakfast served was cold and taste was okay.

Room service may be provided. Room cleaning not carried out daily. AC needs maintenance. Lunch is costly. Staff are excellent. But they need training in technical side in generating bills. They are stumbling in bill preparation and giving break up figures. Few are well trained but all are to be trained.

Nice place to stay, great location -well connected by metro and bus and railway station nearby,good food, neat spacious rooms and good behaviour of emplyees- especially Mr.Annamalai manager, safe for women. Will recommend to anyone. Very happy.

The organization was fine and the place was decent but too high rated for the facility

Expensive for a standard room which they claimed to be delux.Other than that a peaceful place for a no nonsense stay. As a guest who paid a load i Would suggest to improve the room facilities.

Though building is good, poor upkeep is dampening the credibility. Front office needs a strong person to manage checkin and checkout faster and efficiently. Dining staff have to be courteous to the guests

Catering could be better , to be real value for money

Breakfast was good. The property has a lot of greenery and is very pleasing to the eye. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The A/c in my room was not working and I was upgraded to a superior room at no extra cost. Which is very nice on their part.

The dining facility could be improved. At the dinner time, the food was almost over about half an hour before the closing time. Also they should provide coffee/tea facility in all rooms (at least in the a/c rooms). They provide it in only the Deluxe rooms.

Decent property. Nice Breakfast. Good presentable Ambiance. Co-operative Staff. All good.

I stayed for 3 days last month during my official tour. I didn't have high expectations at first but the stay totally changed my mind. It was awesome. The breakfast (buffet) was really good. You gotta pay for special items for lunch. I didn't have dinner there so can't say more. The location is also pretty nice. Its like a park in the middle of a busy road. I'd definitely stay there from now on whenever i'm in the city

Worst experience. Door from inside not locking. Phone not working no room service. Went out and shocked when we returned back. Room door was wide open. As phone was not working again went down and informed about the door. He said sorry for the inconveniences. The person who did the room service forgot to lock the door. Luckily nothing missing.

Very good atmosphere. Friendly Service Homely tasty food.

Other meals were served reluctantly and none of the item on menu was available
