The room was clean

Firstly, i have requested for airport transportation. There is no email has been responded on airport transfer makes me worried. But somehow the hotel driver was there. Check in was smooth, saw cockroach in the room and was informed to reception they have quickly offer me for an room move..I was happily packed my things and move to another room. In that room TV was not functioning properly. TV remote was not working. I have called reception few times and somehow fixed next day. Fridge no functioning I have called reception and they have send engineering people to checked yet he said it's functioning and he has increased the temperature. Till the next day the fridge not cold and it's not functioning at all. I'm tired of complaining so I have leave it. Please take note. Lastly I have confirmed airport drop off on my check out day. I asked for an wake up calls. There is no wake up called and the receptionist not even informed anything. I called receptionist and check whether the car already in lobby or not. Than I went to check the receptionist told me pay again on airport transfer I told her all payments has been made why I need pay again. Again she checked and confirmed no need to make any payments as all payments has been charged accordingly.. I'm totally disappointed

Had an wonderful stay Lalitha at reception was very nice and very professional and my kid was very happy has take care very well

Location was good and close to office. Room size was okay. Staff (excluding IRD Services) were helpful. Cleanliness was good.

IRD services were poor. It took me 30 min to place a dinner call on 16th evening. There was no call back even. Additionally, though I was staying in the hotel, I was being asked to pay the bill in advance by the service boy. I have never experienced this in 25+ years of staying in hotels.

The staff was courteous and kindThe room was confortable and clean

Mental Torture

THEY ARE SCAMMERS ....!!!! “Original booking amount - 880 dirhams(Approx) got inflated to 921.94 dirhams - at the time of check in - on account of currency conversion, This amount got inflated by another 5.95 dirhams -with the explanation that it is on account of currency conversion - at the time of checkout. At the time of checkout -received slip from POS machine after credit card transaction - of 927.89 dirhams … however credit card statement showing the transaction debit of 957.03”Slip from POS …. 927.89 - actual debit as per statement 957.03 = Aed 29.14

We reserved but we have not checked unfortunately date was wrong so they deducted full amount without stay ...this not far

thank you so much Novotel, My family and I had a fantastic stay, the food was amazing, the staff were so responsive, it is a rare combination, Bravo Novotel Team, this is better than well know 5 star restaurants in Chennai

Xbox was not working, it would be even awesome with that working.

We came to Novotel for taking break from routine life. I came along with my family. The stay was awesome. All staff members were very friendly and very cool. From reception Lalitha ,Devashish ,aritra made our check in very very easy and Babeesh in pool area was friendly and helped my kids in comforting the space and Saritha from restaurant very friendly while dinning even my kid enjoyed well.

Room space is little less for us. But not bad

Service - bad Food - bad Staff - some ok, but some especially the managers. They need to learn what managing is first, then promote them to a manager. Slowest service I've ever had until date. Room cleanliness- horrible, at least wash the sheets and clean the bathroom. Not just wipe it with a tissue.

It is okay and chef has done everything to be the best.

Separate Provision to be given near the swimming pool to dry the wet clothes. we dont have place in the rooms also to dry it out. Calling bell is not working in our room no. 803. If DTH is given in the room TV we can see many programs if nothing good in other channels like Sun,zee, star TV we can watch You tube. If separate play area for childrens will make them happy and good apart from swimming pool.

Strands of hair in ordered food (have informed the front desk and kitchen staff), initial hesitance of pool staff to allow me in the swimming pool in normal swimming shorts.

The pool and the bed were extremely clean and comfortable. The pool is the star of the property. The breakfast buffet spread too was immensely delicious and well curated. The staff too are extremely polite and courteous. Definitely a great place to stay in the city.

My booking was cancel without any prior notice and the staff was a disaster

They are not friendly and cancel my booking after travelling 3.5 hours from airport and no valid reason was given about the cancellation , we were told the hotel were fully booked

We had stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was excellent and the hospitality was wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent with plenty of shops around within a 1-2 kms radius. It is about 4-5 kms from the beach as well.Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

I didn't like only one thing. The lifts are access controlled by the room key card for selecting the floor. This is quite stupid. My wife was in the room and I had come out and had a difficult time getting to the floor.

Very,very kind and polite staff. Hotel was quite well maintained. Clean, including the rooms. Parking gets a little crowded, though. No limitations on food delivery to a specific spot at the hotel.

Not enough storage inside the room since space is at a premiumIn room dining options were very limited, though they do not limit outside delivery (looking at you Taj MG Road!) Twice our food tasted like they had used old/overused oil, and that was a little concerning.

Was a pleasant stay. Good food. Location was convenient.

However breakfast charges were not shown at the time of booking.
