Room was SpaciousMost of the staffs were quick and pleasantBreakfast was Good

TV had to be fixed Chiller was not working and had to be replacedIt would be a good gesture to switch on the AC by housekeeping before we get in.Room was quite Humid for first 15 mins.The Receptionist was looking tired and sad both during Check in and next day Checkout.looks it's her way of handling.Price could have been 300-400 less than what I paid.

Clean.Restaurant staff in pink dress considerate

Three reminders in two hours was required to get two bottles of water.Restaurant staff in blue dress refused to bring bread toast saying not his duty.To less staff during breakfast

Location and overall appearance and neatness

Minimal staff. Only one receptionist, and there is no one else. For 3 occupancy, only one towel was provided. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Initially provided key was not working and we had to keep going to reception for support. There was no one to help.

The food was tasty

Services.. none of the services advertised we got and the staff at the reception made no effort to help

Nice and clean with big rooms

The staff was very helpful and overall stay was good.

The cleaning could be more efficient and supervised. I saw them drying the tea cups with a towel which was used for cleaning the furniture.

Lady reception girl gave me a key first I went to room and find another door inside as I am a lady staying on I had security concerns and I request for a change of room she ask me to come down ? I came down with the luggage’s and she gave me another key and then I went to 3 floor and key was not working . Then in came down again with the luggage and I complained them she accompanied me and checked the same door and found it’s not working and get me a new room. Shake i ordered was horrible apart from that I love it.

The staff and quality of service were amazing. Food was excellent

They have charged me a higher price than the price confirmed by booking.com for 3 people. excessive amount charged by hotel is about INR 1000 (500 per night) for which i need refund.

Very old linen. Towels not available in the total hotel for 8 hours even after checkin.

Only one staff was nice and could speak English

Everything. The room was stinking like sevage after requested to do something they could do anything . Food very poor tasted like nothing staffs in restaurant very less knowlaged. No one understands English there. Everywhere Rost dirt .Towels and robes and sheets everywhere dirt and yellow.

Room was comfortable, spacious. Breakfast was good for the room pricing. I used treadmill in the gym and it is well maintained. Room service and house keeping were prompt in addressing our requirements. Front Desk was courteous to arrange me an ethernet cable to connect to internet when my laptop developed an issue with Wifi.Location was very convenient given that we had to visit places around Kelambakkam.

WiFi was slow and had frequent disconnections. Bathroom was smelly perhaps due to some drainage blockage. We were given a room on first floor which is right above restaurant and mezanaine floor used for parties. So, there was continuous noise though it wasn't disturbing.The room key was enabled just for 1 day though we checked-in for 3 days. Something that the Front Desk could've taken care of right at the check-in time.I did not find sanitizers placed. I think this is a big miss.

Rooms were good and we enjoyed the stay. Very good breakfast and nice staff. We were able to stay with homely feelings.

Bathrooms slops are not perfect and hence take time to wet the floor. Would be great to provide basic facilities like tooth brush, paste and shampoo Had to call and get it. May add some non veg dish for breakfast.

Excellent place. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are very clean and fresh.

Hot water problem. Didn't get hot water in bathroom, that's the only disappoint for us everytime.

It was all Okay. The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was normal and not very good.

The breakfast spread could be more better and there should be more options for food for vegetarian guests.
