Excellent location, close to airport

Informed by attendant there's no breakfast for booking.com customers.Nearest restaurant is Sangeeta which is 5.mins walking distance away.

The location is excellent, right on the Santhome high road. Also close to Mylapore.

The interior can be painted to remove stains on walls.

Clean room and helpful staff. Room had AC and fan, and bathroom was clean too.

It’s a bit hard to find. You need to enter the building and go to the first floor to find the reception.

Checking out 1 day earlier, even if it was paid for.

I've travelled the world, 4th month in India and this has to be the dirtiest most unhygienic place ever.Stains on the sheets, squashed insects against the wall. Severe dirt marks on the walls. Bins that won't open because they are rusted shut.There is no view apart from rubbish in the lane. The stench of tobacco smoke as you enter the room.The photos are false and do not represent the actual rooms.The staff are unfriendly and not caring. They do not answer messages and their phone number is not correct, it's not answered. They are intent on watching sport on TV instead of cleaning or talking with customers. We did not get 1 word out of them apart from the checkin which was done in a surly manner.Breakfast was included, but not honoured by them. Seems to be a practice by them when viewing other reviews. Probably did us a favor considering the unhygienic conditions. The traffic noise is unbearable until very late at night.The TV down the corridor starts loud at 7am and continues late into the night.On checking in to our room I noticed the TV and was assured it would be OK. It wasn't. I believe their rating on booking.com is false Look at the number of 10/10 they get.Most are in clumps on the same date, with no comments left. Their rating would be severely lower than 6/10.No wonder they bombard you with pay now messages prior to arrival No one would happily pay and stay if they saw the conditions. Booking.com, I am amazed you allow this place on.your site.

Breakfast, very clean room and quick response

Just the location and nothing else.

It wasnt worth the money. The place doesnt have a lift. Has a huge pillar in the middle of the room and is greatly lacking facilities. The staff seem to be so adamant on getting the money for their place before even checking into it.

There was no breakfast at the location as claimed . The receptionist demanded all the money before one checked in. his credit card machine wad not working so it was horrible entry .the pics are all photoshopped and not the actual place

The room was clean and comfortable. Cute and beautiful. The bathroom was also well maintained.

My check-in time was between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. But I reached there 3 hours earlier. Because of this early check-in they charged me ₹700 extra. I booked the room for the 17th - 19th but we left on the 18th itself. Other than this everything else was comfortable and good.

Rooms a little dated and dirty

Nothing if I am honest.

We had to leave the place after having turned up for check-in.1) The stench in the hotel is unbelievable - noticeable at the reception. 2) The photos are probably photoshoped - nothing of the sort they present in the photos of a "delux" room. It was in a near dilapidated state. Additionally, there was no AC working in any rooms offered. 3) The entrance is hard to find and is blocked by the piles of rubbish.4) I've received over 30 emails from the day of the booking to the check-in date asking me to pay in advance, offering various "rates" of a discount. Had I been stupid to give them my card or make partial payment, I would have never seen any money back - personally, i think this amounts to harassment. If I can tell you one thing is: do not bother booking this place. You will regret it. This place probably deserves one star or no star at all.

Nothing only bad experience of extra money demand

Reception person called owner and they were asking extra money. They said booking. Com rates are very low and you need to pay extra or go to other hotel. It was night time and very bad experience. They shown the room and cockroaches were there. Very bad room and staff.

Like the Staff The rooms were good

a) 1st Room the water was leaking from the ACb) - 2nd Room the bath tap was jamed, could not control the flow of water. - AC Swing was not working.

It was a good stay but when I booked there was breakfast included and they didn't provide the same and asked for extra payment.

It's a very old hotel in a residential building

Everything, it was dirty and old , at least toilets were clean the pictures are not accurate

I reached this location No sign board tried to contact it was answer by AI no required information .

I loved the location of the property and the room allocated for me was neat bed was clean

I did not like the fact that breakfast was not given for me although I booked a room in which breakfast was included.Hope this changes

Nothing great, pricey for the small closed rooms.

The property does not offer free breakfast but in the app it shows as it does. Had to go through a hassle for it, but still ended up paying for it.

Checking out was probably the best part…

It was a very dark and dingy vibe, the front desk staff were pretty rude and unhelpful, there was a lot of noise always coming from the front desk (tv was always on) and music was playing and loud shouting throughout the night. This alongside with the uncomfortable bed meant we barely slept the two nights we unfortunately stayed here. All the rooms are off this one corridor behind the front desk and everything just looks like it needs to be deep cleaned and re-decorated. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we were never asked or told about it when checking in, and from looking at the property itself we didn’t really want to eat there. The ceiling fan almost fell off and hit us as it’s above the bed and when we reported it we were told it’s fine just keep it off - it was hanging on by wires above our head.
