reasonably good for short stays. customer friendly staff. make sure the adults and kids counts are mentioned correctly while booking using online apps, else endup up paying extra at the property. Sangeetha and Zaitoon are good restaurants nearby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We obtained whatever we requested. There were many places to eat in the nearby areas.

The room was very neat and clean, with no unpleasant odors. The only issue was the towels, which were quite old, although the bed sheets were in good condition. The manager and other staff members were very cooperative and helpful. The location is excellent, especially for visitors to Apollo Hospitals, as it is conveniently located. While breakfast is not provided, there are several good restaurants within a short walking distance (100-400 meters)

My only request to the management to replace the old towels with new one.

Near to the US Consulate, the rooms are average the bedsheets are dirty and towels forget it. Carry your own towel, the hot water takes about 10 min to come. Good friendly staff, they we got the food delivered when I was to lazy to go out.

No hot water facility every-time we have to call for hot water then staff will switch ON the water heater or whatever. AC is not working properly. Smoke and Smoke in corridor not at all good for kids.

Internet was not working on the first day. When I complained to the front office staff, he gave an evasive reply that he could't do anything about it and he has raised a complaint with the service provider. Beyond that no action was taken. When I insisted on having it fixed, his tone was rude.The room was not very clean either. Room had mosquitos. A lizard fell on my arms when I opened the wardrobe door. There was some sort of stinking smell when I turned on the AC. I switched it off and settled for the fan instead.

I liked cleanliness , Two AC, Two TV all are in good working condition

I like the ambience they have in the rooms. The lighting, AC, floorboards, lamps - all were well put together.

The bathroom pipes had a stench. No towels or other toiletries were provided. The room mentioned to have an electric kettle too which wasnt there.

Staffs are good

Breakfast was collected from outside restaurant and south indian food and there garbage stock in front of the hotel. Always bad smell and appliances very old.

Compare to price, expectation was more. Should have proactive service but Ok.

The Hotel location is in a very unpleasant location and I am not happy with their room service. Food is served very late and, you have to remind them. I don't feel that they care for their guests.
