The hotel toiletries and towels were superior quality to match 5 star. Accreditation and home service was also good

Everything was very clean the room very spacious with the terrace and bed was really comfortable for a great price. We even got an upgrade

Maintenance came in to change the lock. I wish it could have been done during room cleaning time while we were out

The location is very good. Cleanliness of the room and the common areas was impressive. Comfortable beds. Adequate storage space with sliding doors. Ironing board in the room was very useful. The open space in the property is nice for walking after dinner.

Switches of the bedside table lamps were confusing. The in-house gym closes at 10pm. It should be made accessible till 11pm.

Prime location… good service

I have taken premium room… but many items got damaged… AC was not working… swimming coach was rude and doesn’t have basic knowledge to treat guest

I recently stayed at Citadine OMR, Chennai, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Rupsha, who assisted us during check-in and ensured our needs were met — her support truly made a difference.The highlight of our stay was definitely the Smart TV in the room — it completely changed our experience, allowing us to relax and enjoy our favorite shows after a long day.

However, the service could have been a bit better. We had to call the reception multiple times just to get our coffee powder and sugar topped up, which was slightly inconvenient.

The sauna, the gym, the swimming pool, the staff, the security arrangements through the whole facility. Easy to find and arrive to.

The place was built to be great, with lots of potential and fun things to do, but you can tell it's a bit worn out. A little restoration would really bring it back to life.

Late process for check in and check out fromt staff. Washrooms are not clean. Bed and towrls and stains. Over priced.

After the initial room we got (neighbours playing music loudly), we asked to get another one and that was much better and more quiet. Windows were on the other side of the main road and we got a small kitchen within our suite.The hotel has a lovely pool and a fairly decent gym (sadly smells strongly of air fresheners).Hotel has more of a business people vibe, so it's probably nice for those who visit for a short time.

The whole hotel reeked of some awfully strong air freshener. You just couldn't have any breath of untoxic air. On top of Chennai's pollution, you come to a hotel and get smashed with that awful smell.The breakfast needs to be figured out. If you are unlucky, you have no seat or probably share the table with someone.Currently there are big constructions going on making it painful to travel in and out of the hotel.

Room is designed for indian mentality

Staff are not so co-operative what we can expect as five start hotel and also service is too bad no welcoming rude mentality no gesture towards to guest specially receptionist team . I would say this is not at all five star hotel. Also in room had bad smell and I reported this to reception, they just clearly ignore. It not worth for business trip as well.

The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. The overall ambiance was inviting, and every small detail contributed to a pleasant experience.One of the biggest advantages was how pet-friendly the place was. Traveling with a pet can often be challenging, but Citadines made it effortless with its welcoming environment and well-planned accommodations.

While the food quality at Citadines was excellent, I felt that the variety could have been better, especially for longer stays. A more diverse menu with additional options across different cuisines would have enhanced the dining experience. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.

Facilities is good, we can use the laundry machine and cook in the room. Price is also very good. The only two things make me uncomfortable.1. Mosquito in the room. Everyday fighting with mosquitoes.2. Breakfast is not good

Room was good with decent facilities.nThe kitchenette was good with utensils. The induction stove was not that great. Breakfast was good.

Some hidden charges were there...

Everything was alright. The breakfast was good and enough. The staff from the receptions helped us with booking of a taxi, because there was a problem with our Uber.

The only problem was that when we arrive there was no rooms with king beds only with twin beds, which is not a best option for spouses.

If it weren't for the slightly cold welcome to the hotel, I'd probably rate this higher (the bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast much recommended). You get what you pay for - a mid-range hotel in an area of Chennai where you need a bit of patience to get around to/from the city centre.

Room was very well appointed and spacious. Comfortable pillows. Breakfast was good with Indian and western options.

I was in Room 637. They joined 2 single beds to form 1 big bed. Not comfortable as You can feel the divider in between. Avoid room facing the main road due to noise from traffic and metro construction.

Fantastic facilities, very clean and secure Room had a full kitchen and large patio. Lots of extras in the room. No extra chargeDry cleaners were fantastic and also repaired a split in my lining without asking, just wish I'd got their name to thank in person All staff very friendly and helpful, nothing a bother to them.Bed was comfy and so we're the pillows.Bar was expensive but seems to be in IndiaWill definitely look at this chain when travelling again

The reception staff seem friendly and the doorman is super kind and helpful.Rooms are spacious and the apartment style rooms are very user friendly.

Location is bad.The entrance is tucked into a corner with no markings are sign board to advertise the hotel.Entrance road is badly paved.
