The Dolphin Park Hotel

Booked this stay for my interview in virugambakkam. Stay was very pleasent. Thanks to the reception team helping us arranging auto. Breakfast was good and location is close to chandra mall.

Nothing bad

Only the location, airport is just 45min ride.

Significantly lacks basic cleaniness. Sheets were torn and dirty, toilet was smelling. Floor was not cleaned at all. The conditions of the room was extremely poor.

It was very dirty. Everything was very average. If u need a quick place to nap, then ok otherwise need lots of improvement. I would say repaint the rooms and keep them clean. Follow some standards for cleaning.

Location

I had arguments two times with counter staff. First during check in. He said i have to pay additional txt, additional money for one more adult and lastly no breakfast… i had to argue i chose all the options and showed him the proof. Then next day when my friend arrived, they called me again to reception, now a new person started asking all those questions again. I am not sure why they need to do this as the booking is clear.

Booking system of www.booking.com i will book 2 room for 5 person with breakfast but book by website only for 3. I will select 11AM check in but website automatically select 12PM. I will pay at hotel Rs. 400 per room extra. Very Bad Booking service. I will also rating and review regarding this about booking.com on Google Play Store.

Hello,It was bad experience at dolphin park hotel,Chennai.1.toilet was broken2. TV was not working,even after complaining it was not fixed.3.gyeser was not working.4. No phone in the room.5. Breakfast was not included.6. They took full bill at the check in time only.7. Room number mention in the bill is not allocated.8. No one to take me to the room.9. First room allocated was dark,no lights no phone there.so went to 3 floor down to reception again',they change room but was not good. Not happy

A near by food point

They gave double bed in leu of tw7n bed & they don't even have the courtesy to inform.Lift not working. Restaurant not open.Not clean.8 need rethink booking.com next time.No covered parking.Not able to find any point to appraise.

Average

Cleanliness needs improvement. I had informed about late check in.I checked in after 11pm.There seemed to be shortage of staff or too much rush.Available staffs were working hard to get the room clean and ready .No complain with behavior of staffs.

Disappointing

Broken swich boards, poor unhygienic toilets standard far too below par. Not worth for value for Money

Very Clean no misquote in room, nice staff, cool AC and hot water shower. Best place to stay at Chennai.

The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. They also help you with a taxi or Uber to the airport if you want to. Room was well equipped, A/C worked perfectly. Comfy bed. Reception looked really nice and modern.

Sadly the room had no real window and was not very clean. Sheets had stains, floor was a bit dusty and bathroom had mold in it. It was not completely bad, but I expected more, since it was such a big difference between reception and room.

It's in a key location and clean.

The restaurant wasn't open due to renovation so I had to eat outside

Facilities to be improved. A/C don't work. Bulbs are missing. They need to improvise on the facilities This will improve your rating.

Air Condition need to be serviced and maintain properly. Window Curtains need to be completely closed.

Wonderfully friendly staff, an amazing welcome once we'd arrived and they couldn't so enough to help us during our stay. We entered into a bright spacious reception area and the room matched. Clean, spacious and great value for money, the air conditioning was wonderfully cool and crisp.There is a supermarket next door for essentials and a few restaurants nearby too.If the location suits it's a great place to stay.(We didn't need parking, but there is ample parking out front).

Unfortunately the hotel is situated away from the city centre. We managed to get auto-rickshaws into the city for a good price, but it was sometimes difficult to get the drivers to accept our rides on ride-share apps, we presume because of the distance as we didn't have issues when travelling shorter distances.

Location

Very old rooms with zero maintenance... Unwashed bed linen. Towels .. bathroom was in a very bad condition . Noisy air condition and fan...

Breakfast was good and it was easy we got it in the hotel itself. when needed they provided to the room itself. any time tea or coffee was available.

Not that we did not like but if a chair provided would have been nicer.
