Hotel Avenue 11

accommodation and staff were wonderful. Location superb in a quiet tree-lined neighborhood. . great water pressure!

nothing really

The location and the room was very spacious

There was an issue with the key card which was not replaced and was not fixed. However we received a normal key which worked.

Clean, comfortable bed and a great location; very close to the US Embassy and many popular must-eat restaurants. Convenient and hassle-free stay.

Older towels and AC units, dorm-like rooms, no coffee machine, and no easy access to auto-rickshaws; had to rely on Uber/Ola which is kind of good as Uber is reliable.

Stayed here for 2 night, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire place is very clean, and my room was spacious

Everything was good! The staff is very helpful and respectful!

The internet connection was not really good! Could be improve.

If you have work in the area especially at the US Consulate then you can choose this

As expensive as a 4star property but with none of the amenities to match

Beautiful location. Trees laden area in busy Chennai . Was visiting for US visa.very close by. The room was very spacious and got the best hot shower I have stayed in

Extended my stay because it was value for money and wanted to explore chennai after my Visa for us got finished. Lovely location in the centre of the city

The private suite for spacious, clean and comfortable for family of 4.

Extremely expensive. They provided a small room for the price. Food is not good

Exceptionally supportive and friendly staff - especially at the front desk. Went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Facilities could need some fixing - minor issues like soap stand seemed to be loose.

Quiet area. Clean rooms.

Fan regulator not working. Reported to staff. Nothing done. We had to keep switching between max and zero frequently.Half finished furniture had protruding sliding bars which tore clothing. Food was overpriced, and definitely not worth the price.

The quiet environment despite being just 200mtrs away from the busy main road.Courteous staff, homely food were surprises.Wifi connectivity was good.Thiugh the Cost of certain items like a cup of tea at Rs. 50 and a plate of salad at Rs. 150 plus taxes is a tad high, the courteous staff more than made it up.Also Uber and Ola services even at odd hours are good.

The lighting could be brighter including in the bathroom if possible. Airtel connectivity is poor. One needs to step out of the room to take calls.

Visited lot of hotels all over india….but this is the best one i have felt..Staff is very professional, polite and friendly.

Nice Apart Hotel. Had travelled from Singapore for a couple of days. Found this by accident. Was great to have Rajini sir as a neighbour. Would stay here every time eyes closed.
