I have booked for 2 members and the room was quite okay but AC was not working and I have requested the incharge person to check and after waiting for 30 min he offered me another room which is very small and opt for single person and I don't have any option so I have stayed and the AC was very low and not working and over all it was waste

Defective AC, Poor response of staff, reluctance to change linen everyday, non availability of complimentary water bottle, non-availability of cleaning staff after 3pm, Non- provision of hot water kettle etc.

I have booked for King room but they have provided normal room for 3 members , which makes slightly uncomfortable

I booked a Superior room with King size bed - good sized room. The AC / Geyser all work well. The staff in the morning are very co-operative.

1. IF you come late at night after work, staff tend to be sleeping and seem to be doing us a favour - not very nice2. The hotel needs to be more considerate - I had a colleague who had come in early, could have been accomodated a little early, as rooms were not allowed. They had issues even in keeping his luggage in my room!!3. Small items need to be given complimentary - like a iron for clothes - they charge Rs 50/hour for this, which is ridiculous!!4. They have no restaurant or room service - you need to order food from outside, they don't even provide plates/cutlery for the same!

Rooms are neat and clean except the ACs is very noisy

This is the only hotel i have came across that doesnt have room service or a hotel staff to get anything from outside whatever it may be they say take from swiggy or zomato which is unaffordable comapare to local restaurant….

If you book online with a good rate, but when u visit the hotel they will ask you more money

Location is good.

Night staff not friendly, no intention to help or provide any information. Don’t care mentality. No toiletries provided. Stinky smoke smell in the room, irrespective of we asked for non smoking room. Suppose to provide one premium room out of three room booking, however they provided all standard rooms. Unprofessional and very disappointing, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness, they were not cleaning room daily. I stayed for 4 days and they never turned to clean room

Waste of money.

Amenities were absolutely not there as were told to us. We were supposed to be given a double room but we're given a very small single room for 3 adults . Only one bed for 3 of us. Only one towel. We were told that we would get a fully equipped kitchen but No kitchen facilities as were told. Not even a plate and spoon. Only two pillows and 1quilt. No facilities for drinking water too. So we had to buy bisleri water. To make things worse the AC wasn't working properly. The fan wasn't working. When we called them to complain he shamelessly tells us yes we know the fan works either full or doesn't work at all. It was so inconvenient. Very disappointed with this. Will never recommend anyone. And they had the audacity to tell us this is all told to you by booking.com. We are not responsible. They have lied to you.

The location was good, easy to find

There was no breakfast and the rooms were dusty. The beds looked clean but were dusty. The floors were dusty and the bathroom buckets were really dirty

Going with dissatisfaction

Water leaking from ACAC remote is not working TV is there but remote won’t work

Night manger is horrible soo rude

He told if u want take it otherwise leave..ac was not at all working

I like it because it next to main road.commutation is easy.

Rooms are in commercial building, I felt little insecure.

Beds were comfortable and room was of decent size.

Bed spreads, towels needs replacement, they were very old. Bathroom was not clean and bucket and mug in bathroom also should be replaced.
