nothing to like about the property
the staff where not helpful, place is not clean. it had dirty bedding and pillows. dirty floors. staff asking for tips and ask to by them alcohol
1. Room was spacious
1. Upon reaching to the property, staff took at least 20 minutes to retrieve our information since the system is lock and staff no password to login.2. Staff inform the price quoted on booking.com is wrong the price vary from what we paid. Had to pay extra double than what quoted on the website.3. Asked if there is breakfast, staff said yes (asked almost 4 times and staff said YES!) eventually the next day it was informed that no breakfast provided for this room and told us to eat outside since they are shortage of staff.
Centrally located.
There seems to be a technical glitch in booking.com reservation system, the actual tariffs were higher than the tariffs shown on booking.com. This was indeed very disappointing.
The location is central. The room was clean. A/c worked. Front office staff were very polite and accommodating. Calm, quiet and clean hotel. Would definitely like to stay here on my future visits to Chennai.
