We had a fantastic family stay at Park Avenue Hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Breakfast was delicious every morning, but the real highlight was the staff — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning!

The rooms were comfortable, though making them a bit more spacious and updating some areas would make the experience even better.

Bathroom is simply a makeshift place. Shower box is not waterproof, causing water to come out and completely wet the bathroom floor, creating a slipping hazard, specially for kids.

You guys don't care about your customer, as the coustomer are asked to out to the next hotel to have breakfast, as they wanted to make extra miney by giving out their restaurant for some party, shame on them.

Nothing made me happy staying there for three nights, breakfast was below standard , the bed sheets were not washed even here they make money , i and my wife were not comfortable at ALL

Location is Ok, on seeing online booking.com, I booked this property, but since we checked in late at Chennai at around 8.45 pm, I had little choice to find and book another Hotel.

The window of the room was broken, ( Room No 104) even after complaining no response from management, practically there is no manager in the hotel, some waiters are manning the counter. We were three person, me, my wife & son, while we ordered for dinner, one water drinking glass was short, despite repeated request they did not provide a glass. I had given cloths for Laundry on 22nd Aug, on the assurance of getting on 23rd Aug, now at 11 pm, I could get my two shirts & a pant, but one shirt & one baniyan is delivered short, the person sitting in reception , could receive my cash for bill, but he said, he does not know about Laundry. So, my advice to all those who does not know about this hotel, should think twice, to book this hotel, you may lose heavily. The behavior of counter staffs is absolutely stupid like. You are not safe at all in the hotel, Housekeeping staffs also do not clear your room despite complaining, No Sr. staffs also attend your problems.

Bed Sheets and Pillow cover weren't clean. No tissues in the room and commode wasn't clean.

Mine was a short stay as I had an appointment at the VAC biometrics and booked the room at the last moment. Location is perfect considering a 10-15 min walk to reach the biometrics center. Room was clean and neat and Wifi with good connectivity, they have a kerala style restaurant- Mishwar, and many food joints near the hotel. Staff were very courteous and gave the required information whenever I had reached out to them with queries.

A comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. A good bathroom and comfortable bed.

All of our stay was memorable and great.

We are coming back to the hotel for the second time. Which shows that we really liked the hotel in terms of location, cleanliness, and guest service being provided by the staff.

I completely understand that offering a wide variety at breakfast can be a bit challenging. However, it would be wonderful to see a bit more variety, especially for guests staying longer than a week. It would make the experience even more enjoyable.

Location is the real positive.

Very average hotel. Linens, towels are old and washed over n over. Hotel's restaurant under renovation.

Breakfast was ok. Security staff was very sincere and helpful.

Room was not at all hygienic. Bathroom was horrible. Bedsheets were very old with a bad smell. Breakfast was provided in the next building. Checked out next day itself though booked for 2 days.

The room was so small, and the bathroom heater is not working, and we need to let the staff know many times The breakfast was very bad, which i am expecting to it will give me the feel of Indian Food This was not the case that i have

The staff inside the hotel were friendly and provided good service. The front desk receptionist Mr.happy did a good job.But It has a pathetic parking area. Open to sky and cramped . And The Valet car parking staff were incompetent. My car was damaged and the management did not take any responsibility !! I am very dissatisfied with that. Good for travellers without vehicles !!

My family liked the hotel, the room was modern and so was the bathroom. Clean room and hotel. the location of the hotel was good. Staff were very helpful.

Wifi was not working one day, and it took very long for it to be fixed. Communication from hotel staff was not giving accurate answer. It did affect the guests who needed wifi for work purposes. It would be nice to have a bit of variety for the breakfast, since guests stayed more than 1 week in the hotel, where same breakfast was provided. Food was really nice in breakfast, but some variety can be provided.

Breakfast was of poor quality and limited choice. It was also tasteless.

I used the room on thr 5th level and there were rats running around in the false ceiling in the night. It was very unnerving. I changed my room the 2nd day to a lower floor. Besides, the toilet didn't have toilet paper and the room didn't look clean. The breakfast was of below average quality. I was expecting slightly better for the price.
