Helpful staff, clean and tidy. Room service was excellent

Not happy

Room marble floor got wet and slippery. Hotel told its water condensation on marble flooring. Its a new climatic experience.Almost fell dpwn since slippery floor inside room.Breakfast OK. But all food items cold, not heated up properly.

Nice lobby. Cleaner facilities. I loved the comfortable hard beds. Excellent breakfast.

Washrooms are ok, not great. Hand towels were missing. The shower stall curtain had gaps and let water leak out. I found the pricing a bit higher compared to similar or even better rated hotels

The property was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Best breakfatst

Toilets need a facelift

Breakfast spread was good throughout. Has lunch once and food n service was good. Hotel driver Samsudin was very friendly and helpful. Please thank him for his excellent service. Hotel environment was very cosy and comfortable.

No handheld shower. Could have been better, if provided. Room was overlooking a yard filled with rubbish. This was quite unsightly from the room.

Breakfast menu was good. South Indian menu was excellent, coffee and tea exceptionally good.Restaurant staff was very good, hard working and quick in responding. Serving all the guest with smile.

There was continuous noise of dragging furniture till night 2am. No idea what work was going on. it was too annoying. also adjacent room guest were very noisy. entire conversation can be heard in the room

In the bathroom all rooms have only bathtubs and no support to claim out of the tub, for old people they can slip and hurt , I have informed the hotel front desk also.

The environment of the hotel is quiet nice.............Room I stayed was very cozy............Staffs are very well-mannered

The hotel located as busy commercial area and beside highway..............It was a bit difficult to roam around nearby shops for snacks & others

Pillows size are too height to use, its not comfortable to sleep, it gives neck pain alot

Lactose free milk or almond milk not available.Healthier options needed.

The karaoke was open beyond the originally stated opening hours and was very loud, causing the whole room to vibrate.

First a room was given near the renovation work area. Later after much argument, they upgraded to another room in second floor

Sheets were wet. Bed was wet. Cot was not provided for extra bed.

Room service menu was limited. Mini fridge in room was locked since may1st . At least they should have removed the drinks and allowed use of fridge.
