Firstly staffs are very rude And the rooms Wer not that great it’s old The main thing staff in the reception I am not sure what’s his name but he was very very rude to my parents and to me.He just know to speak without knowledge Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

I am a regular customer to this hotel. I prefer this hotel for multiple reasons and especially the location. Everytime i do an advance booking but recent one just walked in. To my surprise i was told there are no rooms at the counter but the same i can see the availability on other sites.Just wondering why the reservation staff has to say there is no availability. Any customer after hearing this statement will move on to other hotels.Breakfast buffet can be improved. Refilling not happening on time. Cleanliness of the food area can be managed better

Very welcoming staff and best South Indian breakfast spread.The decor is a little bit dated but that did not deter for us.

The hotel needs investment in renovation, House keeping Property maintenance has opportunity for improvement. Hope this is corrected.

Property maintenance and house keeping is in shambles, I do understand they are investing in improvements, exuberant prices for laundry, food and other accessories services for guests is disturbing with the present status of the hotel.to make it in line with average costs across 5 star establishments in Chennai.

Great breakfast options with fresh and organic ingredients, which gave a really great taste to the food.

The rooms are not at all at par with any 5 star hotel. Bathrooms are messed up Water leaking everywhere, even in the entrance of the hotel. First impression is gone. Hope they rectify it soon and I look forward to stay in the renovated space.

The price -- coffee was very expensive - costs Rs2000 to have coffee with two friends. Staff are polite but not friendly. You do not give discounts to guests for lunch and dinner. I had to take a group to another 5 star property for better choices and affordable pricing.

Not worth the money! There are lot more better options available in Chennai.

We are a returning customer post COVID. Never imagined that the services of this Hotel has got so bad and unacceptable. We didn't opt for a Breakfast as we had an international flight to catch the next early morning. Carpet and curtains were dirty and stained. I had requested for a pool facing room but we were offered a City or road facing room. Since we were tired due to long travel, we just accepted it. The Customer Service experience was very bad. We wanted a set of Plates and Cutlery for which we were informed that these are chargeable if we didn't order food along with it.No More Le royal Meridien....in our travel list.

Well located and a premium property

It’s a bit dated especially the washrooms … definitely need a revamp … even the Gym needs to be upgraded

Located in prime area.its easy to travel Airport with in 20mnts and front line are so polite and humble too.Especially Mr.Anbu (Front line staff) is so friendly in all time.Kindly reward him and encourage him too

If we booked room 2 days before and we request to allocated room no which had mentioned on the time of booking thru booking.comWe couldn’t get all time and it’s getting delay in reception to allocate the room for the same
