Noisy,at night band from the Bar was heavy,room setting going on till midnight.

Location is great for those who have business in South Chennai in areas like Mambalam, Mylapore or Adayar. The charges were reasonable and the breakfast was very good with Western, North Indian and South Indian dishes.The rooms were spacious with clean attached bathroom, TV, WiFi and excellent room service.

Better quality bed sheets can be considered. Hand towels should also be provided in addition to bath towels.

Great Location, There are many shopping malls nearby. Breakfast is a fantastic, variety option. We enjoyed the breakfast. the bed was comfortable.

When we checked in, the soap dispenser was empty, and hand soap was not available in the bathroom. I asked the housekeeper supervisor to fill the dispenser; she filled it up with only body soap but no hand soap. There was full-up dust on the top of the dispenser. Housekeepers are not doing their job properly. I booked an Uber taxi to go to the airport. The Uber driver put my suitcase in the car and at the same time the doorman came and he also tried to lift it up my other suitcase but I did it myself. On the way out the doorman asked Rs100 which I didn't like it. This is a bad habit to ask for Rs.100 from each customer when they check out. The management has to stop this kind of behaviour of their staff. I don't think so the doorman is working for free.

Bad experience at Quality Sabari Inn

I pay more for late check out and the room for 3 persons was not ready on our arrival. I paid for 3 but at first only 1 room with a double bed was given to us. I was asked to see other rooms which were the same. After mere protestations a twin room was given. The guy said a mat will be placed on floor to sleep which we disagreed. At last a futon bed was given for payment of a single bed. we stayed for 7 days and everyday same breakfast and dinner were offered. A lady staff was helpful to us.

The location of the hotel is good and convenient. The staff were good and kind.

Greetings to Quality Hotel Sabari Chennai. Thank you for the hospitality provided during my stay in Chennai. To be honest, my recent stay with my family was not pleasant, and it did not meet my expectations. This time, my stay was the worst, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I even received a bad review from my friend after recommending this hotel to her based on my recent stay. 1. The furniture in the rooms is old, causing a bad wood smell. 2. The pillows are already flat and small, probably they did not change to firm and good quality ones. 3. The blankets are thin and already moldy, the beds are getting old, and my body ached badly after sleeping on them. 4. The air conditioning was not working properly in some rooms, and my friend had to change to another room. 5. The airport taxi car was so dirty, and the driver we requested for the airport taxi at 4 am did not arrive on time. The driver didn't look appropriate, but I appreciate that he sent us to the airport on time. 6. The breakfast choices were very limited and repeated for three consecutive days.I even recommended a friend of mine who stayed in a different good hotel to stay at Sabari. She also felt very disappointed with the quality of the hotel conditions. The staff were good and kind, providing whatever we needed. The in-room à la carte food was good, but a little pricey. Otherwise, all the food was good.Please improve the room quality and replace the new furniture.

Rooms are clean & big. Staff are nice & Sumitra at the front desk is pleasant, knowledgeable & friendly. Hotel is in a central location

Breakfast spread can definitely improve. Need to highlight there were a few occasions of sighting of roaches around the dining tables & on the brim of chutney containers, sighted by my frens. Need looking into these as cleanliness is critical.

The customer service during my stay was incredible. I arrived extremely unwell and for my two days here the staff did everything they could to help me. I cannot thank the staff enough for looking after me.

The electricity went out multiple times but only for short periods of time

The staff are poorly trained, and there was no customer service provided in most areas, from the Reception to the Breakfast area. The only exception was the lady at Reception wearing a saree, who was friendly and greeted guests, while the others didn't even smile or acknowledge your presence. My worst experience was in the Breakfast lounge. The floor manager, whose role is to ensure all guests are treated well, was the worst of all. He served me coffee without even looking at me, causing it to spill, and didn’t offer an apology or a replacement. My aunt pointed out directly to him that this is basic customer service, which he clearly lacked. While I support employing older staff, it should only be done if they add value to the hotel. Otherwise, they shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role. I started visiting India two years ago, and this is my second stay with them. While my mother and other relatives have stayed here many times as they visit India annually, last year's experience was pleasant. However, this year, the service has been extremely poor. More details will be shared in other platforms.

Value for stay, excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds and kind staff.

Advertised as having roof top bar and swimming pool but were under construction without notifying us.

The overall stay was okay but the food was pretty good, i would give 5star for it.Staff was friendly and humble.Bed and pillow was comfy.I will surely return to Sabari Grand my nxt holiday.

Only thing is1) toilet cleanliness need to improve.2) I notice mold in the exhaust air duct.BUT so far my family is fine and well. No health concerns or issues while staying there.Suspect maybe mold growth is due to incoming govr water supply which is slightly salty.Pls do regular intervals inspection for molds and fungus.Sabari Grand is still my choice of stay and will come bck in my nxt vacation.

The location was strategic and we were able to get auto.

The rooms were not clean, toilets were smelly and the door latch wasn't working in one of the rooms. We had strangers ringing our doorbell at night.

stayed there 8 years ago, it is still good and improved

Quality Inn Sabari oozes family friendliness from the staff. They were so good to our toddler and infant, spending many minutes with them during breakfast ensuring the parents can have a stress free meal.

The swimming pool and gym area was undergoing mass renovation. Although accessible , it wasn't a sight to behold as advertised in the pictures. Regardless staff were kind enough to let us the facilities , as they kept them operational.
