friendly staff; excellent breakfast & dining options

room has a smell. Keeping the AC high kinda masks it but stil can feel it once key card is out & room starts to warm up

Staff and breakfast was good

Room had a strong odor ,moldy. The size of the room was small. Bedsheet and comforter had to be changed as they had stains.

Breakfast was lovely ,local and continent food

1 or 2 Staff asking for foreign currency ,making ask feel very uncomfortable.

The manager Mr Karthik didn't support at all for helping out me as I had death in my family and had to check out early. He was very adamant without making any efforts at all to find out any way out to help me. Very bad experience without any humanitarian behaviour.

Location is the highlight and the room was spacious

The hotel was good and was a very comfortable stay. Rooms were clean.

The indifferent attitude of the reception staff. Had booked for 3 nights and by the second day there was some change of plans and we had to travel back after 2 nights. When asked to conceal the third night stay, the staff initially said will speak to manager and have it cancelled. But the manager was adamant and refused to do so. So we had to pay for 3 nights (for a 2 night stay). Need to be compassionate.

I love the ambiance, details of the facility, cleanliness and breakfast.

The staff was lovely, really friendly and helpful. The room was good, very spacious, lovely shower and a comfy bed.

Very noisy nightclub above our room, with base pumping right through you when trying to sleep. I had earplugs (an absolute must) but still struggled to sleep one night due to the noise.

Great location and good accommodation facilities with a nice restaurant and breakfast options.

Somehow i am getting very questionable environemnt ,, my suggestions is try to address guest issues in more polite way . they openly asking tips which is more weird .

The manager is wonderful person in front desk and cleaners are very helpful

the bed linen was dirty and washroom floor have foot step and toilet seat have stain.

Overpriced and not so well maintained rooms. Noise disturbance was also continuous throughout the day.

Had a good stay at Park Elanza. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the trip comfortable. Thanks to Moses at the reception desk for hassle-free check-in and hospitality.

The rooms could use better soundproofing.

They didn't accept visitors and booked the room for two people and they ask married certificate.. and the manager so rude with me.. I am a 15 years of booking.com customer I never have this kind of experience and I don't know why booking.com have this kind of properties

The clean pool although nowhere to lie to relax and enjoy the sun. Pool towels available on demand

Staff very tip oriented always waiting after a job. Nowhere to lie down by pool side or shade If sleeping on 4th floor noise from restaurant above can be very noisy in the evening

Dear Hotel Management/Customer Service team,I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, from the 8th to the 13th of Feb . Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, and I feel compelled to bring the following issues to your attention:1. Unhygienic Conditions: Upon checking in, I was disappointed to find that the room was not up to standard in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom had plenty of tiny hairs on the shower area, bad smell, and the linens appeared unclean with small sall stains . Additionally, there was dust and debris in various areas of the room, which gave the impression that proper cleaning protocols were not followed.2. Loud Noise: Throughout my stay, I experienced continuous loud noise coming from the hallway, adjacent rooms, or any other source, where there was 4 to 5 rooms by some local people ad they was having a wedding event in the same hotel . The noise made it extremely difficult to rest or enjoy my time at the hotel. I attempted to address this by contacting the front desk, but the issue was never resolved.3. Poor Management: I was also frustrated by the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the hotel management. Despite my attempts to discuss the situation and seek a resolution, I did not receive any adequate assistance or compensation for the inconveniences I faced. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, which only worsened my experience. They made it even worse by moving us to the 1st floor, where the club is just below us. The customer service rest assured it's a sound proof, but it was not . We hardly got a chance to sleep during our stay in this hotel .Given the severity of these issues, I kindly request a refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. I believe it is essential that these matters be addressed promptly to ensure other guests do not face similar problems in the future.

Everything was very good. It was an official stay for 6 days. From.the security to the check in, restaurant on the ground and top floor, house keeping and check out, everything was perfect. Mr John, at Tepin Chilli took great care for my non spicy food.
