In toilet no hot water and we informed to reception to supply hot water it takes to supply half hour and supply one bucket only and we take bath in cold water itself.

Room ac was not working. Water was dripping in the Bathroom and it was wet. Bathroom was not clean. Room sheets were not clean. Entire corridor smelled of alcohol. The manager initially told my father that he can drop us to the station against charge of Rs100 . Accordingly I cancelled the auto who was supposed to pick us up. After cancelling he said he cannot drop us but he called another auto and arranged it to drop us.

Its location, Reception is comfortable and manage as per hotel facilities. I stay three time so can say too much ,I already submitted review. But this time I stay with family came for treatment. Before covid-19 in 2020 Jan. a travel desk inside the hotel its very easy to going site seen or any where specially Airport at late night. But this time its missing. But Receptionists solve the problem and contact travel agent , contact with WhatsApp. I find a very good man to tour up to kanchipuram ,Dirver name Hanif ,he speak Hindi so its very convenient for us and enjoy the tour. As per prize I think it is good hotel , morning breakfast in hotel restaurant, I think 150 per head.more option is south Indian food. They given service to carry out side food at room by staffs. Nearby Railway station and major market area. Its good for business and passengers for Railway and airport. Metro rail is 5 min walk distance. Good u can stay. I appeal to Hotel Owner for a travel desk or some pamphlets for site seen tour for knowledge of other state's persons.

The staff were very friendly and the location was good close to the Central Railway Station

My room was located below the kitchen/ restaurant and there was an internal shaft for the kitchen and so when they were cooking 7am until 11pm then the noise from this was extremely loud.

Helpful staff and timely attending the requirements. Prime and easy location. Lift facility was exceptional.

Need more maintenance and upgrading. A few switches are found not working. Need to room boys. Restaurant may be opened for lunch and dinner. AC machines need tobe serviced frequently and everyday housekeeping should be carried out. The more facilities and maintenance, the more it will attract customers.

The person in the front desk was not kind, he seemed to be in rush and under pressure I don't know why.

I needed to be near central station, Fort St George and CSK stadium. The hotel was great for all three. Used the metro at Chennai Park Town to get to anywhere I needed to go. Marina Beach, Santom Basilica and Leela Palace Hotel.I’m a no frills traveller and this is a no frills hotel. A perfect match. More activity out on the street in one minute than in a day in most European cities!

Absolutely Nothing

Receptionist was rude and not very welcoming at all. Pictures on the site and actual room mismatch to fool people. Very low ceiling ! AC not working and toilet in poor condition and flush is hardly working. One can see hair of the people who stayed before on the floor and stains on the bed sheets!
