Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR

The reception staff particularly in the evening (a gentleman) was extremely nice. He arranged for my food as I was running late to reach the buffet time, and he did with a lot of grace.

Size is small

The maid and staffs were so friendly and welcoming. They’d come to the room within 5 mins of calling for anything.

The room was smelled musty like mold.

It was a good service by all the staff, especially Mr Bimal kumar, while staying we missed the mobile charges, They found and sent us back It was good for regular travellers if they missed anything...

The friendly staff and the location. Lot of amenities near by.

Lack of parking for all the guest and tight parking space. The rooms were small and toilets were very small. For the price it was offered, I expected a bit more. The brand name was just the pulling point, it was just another IBIS and not a Sheraton.

The restaurant was the only place looked better atmosphere. The staffs at restaurant are so professional and their hospitality was excellent. Food variety also in good taste. The staff Samir and Ankit were exceptionally good in caring the customers.

The room, bath facility, house keeping, Reception all lacking professionalism for hospitality industry, that also for a four star hotel with Sheraton as operator. There should be a basic guidelines for such hotel operator and customer expect those facilities

Rooms are small, very dirty, rooms were not clean, intercom was not connecting to talk to reception or anyone.. it's waste for money.. worst experience

The price was cheap

Very far from city. Takes 2 hours to get anywhere. The staff are not friendly at all. The housekeeping lady Ms. Suhana (not sure of her name) did a very bad job, and she kept forgetting to clean our room. The room cleaning was not good enough and the sheets had dried stains on them. The room are very small. No storage space and no place to keep suitcases.

The stay at Four Points was just amazing. While the accommodations were comfortable and lovely, what made the stay memorable was the hotel staff's upbeat attitude. Their unwavering professionalism, politeness, and genuine concern for guest satisfaction stood out and left a lasting impression. It's uncommon to come across such a dedicated and welcoming team.

Small Rooms For Two People Really unmanageable infact im informing i am check in early but they didn't respond Reception told us Check In at ontime hotel policy they give us that's why we spended 2-3 hours outside.

Initially room was stinky, we had to call and ask to spray room freshner

Housekeeping Staff and Location are the two best things here.

I booked this place seeing there was a pool but no, it's not working. And they only told me after I paid for my stay and that too after asking the time for the swimming pool. They told me that I can be dropped to a nearby hotel Novotel when I wanted to use the pool, which is not fair as I'd book a place where I'd want to spend time in and not get tired travelling to a swimming pool on a day of relaxing. I wouldn't book here, I have stayed in multiple hotels this past months, including other four points and marriot, and by was this was the worst for me. The shower is stuck with salt, and the water flow is bad. The water drainage in the toilet was stuck so water would overflow, and I could see old piping in the toiled with rust all over. Didn't expect this from a four points standard. Hope to see this place improve.
