AVENUE HOTEL

Awesome staff and facility. They happily accommodated my early checkin request. Breakfast was really good. Shuttle service was prompt and available whenever requested.

Rude behavior from receptionist. Didn't get taxi pickup from airport inspite of confirming through phone the day before. Booked 3 times earlier because of good service. In the 2nd booking had issues with ac remote, wiring not covered( safety issues), slippery bathroom. In the 3 Rd booking had issues with taxi. Never going to book this hotel in future.

The A/C did not work even though we fully paid for a room with AC. The hotel staff refused to change rooms for us despite our numerous requests.The old worn-out mattress ended up broken, and the spring poked my uncle, which resulted in him having to take tetanus shots.

One of third class, ac not working, tight room, damage matress, TV third class, wash room was un heigenic.

Close to airport and airport shuttle available. Rooms are clean and they provide 24hrs checkin and checkout.

They charged us full for the 6-7 hours stay. Can reduce a bit I suppose.

Not clean. Very nasty smell ?. Bugs and cockroaches are roaming lot. Room size and bed size is too bad. Do not waste your money by just seeing the fake pictures .

Shower was not working, door access card was not working, towel looked too old , No AC in the corridors, felt hot while stepping out of room, toilet was not properly maintained (pipes were dirty), Mng breakfast taste was good but served cold, internal phone was not working( everytime we have to go to reception)Room and bed was comfortable and you ll get complimentary airport shuttle any time

Very bad hotel to stay

Bedroom got cigarettes smoke smell. Got cockroach everywhere in bedroom. Toilets are dirty and smelly. Gutter pipe from toilet is leaking.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL , Rooms are very shady and unclean full of dust and beds and torn

One positive thing is, its located near Airport.

Asked them to Change the Kettle 3 times - No ResponseRoom was Not Cleaned for both days.

There is nothing to like about, since it was just near airport that’s the only advantage.

The property is not clean, they don’t change the sheets, I checked two three room, and found the bed sheets with some stains in all the room, there was a bad smell as you enter the hotel. I saw the used utensils are left at the stairs for a day. Overall it was a very bad and pathetic experience staying here

Staff.

The bed linens were not changed for my stay. Hot water was not available. The ceiling of the bathroom was leaking with water. The bathroom was not clean and up to the mark. Not my cup of tea.

The location of the room is spot on , very close to the airport . The staffs are extremely friendly and polite . They go out of their way to accommodate the guest request.

The room size is a bit smaller and the air conditioning was not working. The room was filled with mosquitoes and we had a sleepless night .
