Kalyan Grand - a business hotel

Ac didn't work. Had changed the room but even the new room had issues. And they are not too helpful in fixing it

location was good and accessible.service was good.

bed spreads were very old and not cleanwe did not get hot water and they gave in a bucket which was not comfortable .we could not shower after a long drive and they gave some reasons that their boiler is not working.when we pay 10000k for two days we need some basic comfort and value for our money.

Don’t go .. you will suffer

I prefer Kalyan Grand wherever I travel for their hospitality. - Location wise it was better- Room was decently spacious

- Poor service of the staff- Towels in the room were not looking clean- No variety in breakfast- The whole amount is taken as advance- Gym maintenance is very poor- The bed was so uncomfortable

Only single restaurant ; Hyigene at restaurant - found a bug in food ; staff efficiency - took too long to find a table / final bill took too long

The hotel is clean, modern and well-maintained. Aircon in bedrooms is powerful and effective. We found the staff very helpful and they went out of their way to look after us. They changed our sterling into rupees at full market rate quickly and efficiently. We would commend staff member Nandini for her attention to us as guests, but all her colleagues were great. We thought the food was good, and we very much enjoyed dhosa and idli for breakfast. We thought the suite we stayed in was very good value for money, with lots of space in the bedroom, seating area and bathroom. Our laundry was done very efficiently and to a high standard. Vandalur zoo is very near and worth a visit for the elephants alone. We hope to return.

Not much really. The breakfast coffee could have been hotter, and it would be nice to be able to get a cup of fresh-brewed coffee during the day.

Parking, bed, toiletries, drinking water. If I book a room for two, it is obvious to expect two towels and toiletries for two. It's not worth it for the money spent.

Breakfast was good. Location is good. But service was very poor.

Service facility in restaurant was very poor. Requested several time for a glass of water.

Rooms are cleaned up every day, and housekeeping staff Ms. Gayathri was good and kept my room neat and tidy. Breakfast was good, and the staff at the restaurant, Mr.Vinodh, Ms.Vani and Ms.Sivashakari, were very nice and provided a good service

When functions are set at the basement party halls, the elevator will be crowded, and no one is at the lobby to assist the guests in entering the rooms smoothly. Power gets off very often in the room, and Internet signal strength has been low and due to this I had change the room twice.

I really like the staff here, and it is great value for the money. The location is perfect for my business situation. Jasmine, at the front desk, is exceptionally helpful and professional, but everyone is very friendly and helpful. I feel so comfortable here. The restaurant has very good food. If you can manage the best rooms, you will be pleased.
