Hotel is not worth for our money at all Chemical smells

We don?t like anything in this hotel Food- not good Communication is very poor We spend our money is completely wasted

Excellent stay! The Front Office staff were very cooperative, courteous, and helpful throughout. Prime location with easy access to everything. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is very good value for the money for its location in the city . For those who have to stay in the city where you can do an evening shopping , a dinner with family or friends in addition to your work in the city , this will be a very good option...

On the second night , there was a 5 minute long security alarm in the midnight which spoiled the sleep . Later came to know there were testing the alarm in the bank below. but considering the guests staying in the hotel , this kind of test should be asked to do it during day time or before sleeping time atleast .

No proper breakfast bad towels bad bathrooms small dirty tables not value for money

Rooms are neat and clean and the staffs are polite

There is no hot water facility for shower … since they said it’s on solar only limited time we get hot water in the bathroom.. so can’t take shower in the evening and the water is chill becoz of the rainy weather. Apart from that our stay was good

Straight forward, no frills, good position for us. Quiet . They accommodated us for an earlier check in and kept our luggage for later pick up. Helpful staff

Only one tea bag and one towel for 2 of us. Breakfast was minimal.

Quality of breakfast was very poor and staffs also were not friendly. First there was no hot water at washroom in the evening, despite of calling several times to reception/room service there were noone to pick up the calls. Katley at room was broken.

Mattress too thin and used up, no warm water in bathroom, some short electricity black out, price higher than usual

Its nothing more than a budget hotel. Even toilet rolls we hv to ask for everytime

The way they cancelled my booking ( its not the hotel but treebo cancelled ) put me into lot of inconvenience. They ignored booking terms with booking. Com " no prepayment, payment at hotel " and kept sending multiple emails demanding advance payment and cancelled my booking. Completely unacceptable

The location and ambience were really good and staff at the reception in the night shift was very helpful

There is no restaurant or food available at this property. The complimentary breakfast is most probably sourced from third party hotel to facilitate the guests.

Location was very good located in main road , neat and clean rooms , friendly staff , pleasant stay , the wifi had some issues , it gets disconnected often , apart from wifi all are good .

Rooms very tiny.No lounge to sit and discussNo adequate room space to have.a sit.and discuss.The bathroom is very congested and washbasin is very close to commode which is very awkward to have mouthwash.No proper room serviceRooms and lounge are not there as shown in website.

The location is good.Cleanliness is maintained.The staff were courteous.Overall gives a pleasant experience.

Nothing that I didnt like. But the bathroom can be a bit better and a full view mirror on the wardrobe would be a good addition too.

the Location was good. Morning it is quite and peaceful. tea stalls in front and beside hotel. A barber shop is right opposite for a quick shave. Night it bustles with activities. Plenty of food along the road. Just an easy walk to nearby shopping area and parks. Simple breakfast available. Room and bed was comfortable. Clean. Hot shower available.

Traffic builds up at noon onwards. was hard to get taxi on a sunday morning to get to the airport.
